I've spent over $300 on connect tickets that I have not received. I was told that would be delivered 3/1/18. On the 25th I was told that would be delivered 4/1/18. Now I can't even download the stupid app!! It gives me an error everytime!!!!! My money is gone and I have no way to access my tickets. They have so many bad reviews and yet they do NOTHING!!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD First of all the fact that I have to download the app to access my tickets is completely ridiculous. On top of that I have to create my own account?? Then I can't even view my ticket or transfer it to my wallet!! I have to rely on the app working right when I get to the gate. Which from other reviews doesn't look likely. But the WORST part about this app is that the app looks like it was built on a gameboy color!!! Honestly Pokémon yellow has better graphics! Plus you got Pikachu within the first 5 min. So overall this app is terribly designed, executed, and presented!! What in the world does this app offer that the other dozen of comparable and modern apps don't? If you bought tickets through this app you should feel bad. If you are forced to download and use this either your friends are bad or whatever you are going to see is antiquated and not worth it. Pokémon Yellow for life!!

They make it seem so easy and convenient but it’s not. it’s the worst service i’ve ever had with tickets and the most confusing and frustrating. the costumer service is a joke too. strong would no recommend and will avoid using at all costs in the future.

Cannot download on iPad. Passwords are not seamless between ASX app where you have to purchase and Flash Seats where the tix are visible. Still don’t have tix showing on app. Since it is digital, I don’t understand why we have to wait to see tix for over a month. Serious work needs to be done on this process.

One of the worst apps on the planet. I’ve got a game to go to on Saturday and I can’t update the app or open it to get to my tickets for it. What a P O S!

Create a search for Rockets

There is NO search option. I have to sift through soccer/baseball/sports games for my city because there is no way to just search basketball. So, I have to scroll through 150 games to find the games I actually want to see. I am not using this app. I’d rather not go to any games at all that have to use this. Too bad. I LOVED going to games and spending WELL OVER $350 per game on drinks, merchandise, and food. NOT ANYMORE!

I ordered tickets and chose Flash seats as my method of receiving my tickets. It said the tickets should come in the moth of March but now, I don’t have my tickets, and on AXS, my tickets have vanished. I chose flash seats because I would much rather not have to pay for the physical ticket but that was a massive mistake on my part. Would not recommend, and will not plan on using this service ever again.
