This is the most ridiculous app I’ve ever seen. Pointless and not user friendly. I want print a ticket for my little girl who will go in with he dance group and I can’t. She’s 9. I’ve been on hold for 12 mins 35 seconds thus far.

Totally agree with the many other reviews, FLASH SEATS is at best a minimal app and their service is equally sketchy!!! HOW could MAJOR event providers like MLS, NBA, HOUSTON RODRO ( OMG ), etc. and venues like NRG select FLASH SEATS without EVER considering their CUSTOMERS and the APP feedback??? STILK, Flash Seats COULD salvage their service and app by addressing the many complaints and suggestions — 1) PROVIDE A PDF & PRINT OPTION like every other service allows — ok, add some security features to mitigate abuse & forgeries; 2) Add a scan function to allow users to A) to convert numerous paper tickets to Flash, and B) to validate PDF of Paper tickets received from a third party using the function provided in the solution noted at 1) above

I purchased tickets through vivid seats like I normally do and now I have to use this flash seats app that doesn't even work. I still don't know what happened to the tickets I purchased.

The app won’t let me log in. The website won’t let me log in. I’ve reset my password multiple times but still unable to log in. Been trying everything I can for over an hour now. Finally decided to call their support line, have been on hold waiting for someone to answer for over 45 minutes now, and now I’m about to miss my event because I can’t access my tickets.... seriously w...t...f...

I can’t believe you’re forced to use this at some venues. Avoid if possible.

After the new update every time I log into the app says “ error loading location”. I have called the 800 number multiple times and sat on hold for a few hours, nobody has answered a phone call or emails.
Can't believe buying tickets can get more convoluted than it already is

Are you looking to make your ticket buying experience as complicated and inconvenient as possible? Do you want yet another middle man between the artist and you, the fan? Do you love adding steps between buying your tickets and going to the event? If so, then Flash Seats is the app for you. Just buy your tickets and pay an outrageous fee for the privilege of getting your tickets, and then find out you don't actually get them. Instead, you have to download a separate app, create a new account, AND then LINK your accounts together! Any of those steps not work for you? Well shucks, no concert for you. Buy the tickets as a gift for your non-techie parents??? Too bad pardner no concert for them either. Seriously what a waste of my time and money. I'm just going to stop going to concerts

This app isn’t functional and won’t load on a smartphone device, and all attempts to reach customer service are met with non-responsiveness, and a lack of knowledge of any of the representatives. Once you get to speak with a customer service rep, they are condescending and clueless of any possible problem with this app. In order to obtain any benefit of the proposed attributes, one must go online or find a device that will work, verify a transfer or purchase was successful, and hope your associated I.D. or credit card scans properly at the venue.

It cannot connect while on LTE or WiFi, which makes it pretty useless.
