App does not even work!

Purchased Nuggets basketball tickets on my computer and they only give you the option of using Flash Tickets. I've used the app before and didn't think much about it. After purchasing the tickets I tried to login with the app to verify my tickets and keep getting a message that read "error loading locations and please check my internet connection" I contact app developers Axs for assistance and all they could tell me to do is erase the app and reupload it. After doing this several times, it does not correct the error message. I reply to their email again stating that it does not work and they simply reply to erase and reupload the app! Still can't get past the error message and have no means of giving my friends their tickets without them having to download the app as I can't print off the tickets!
App doesn’t even work
Love it, but ...
I downloaded the app and immediately upon opening I get an error saying locations can’t be loaded. That’s it. You can’t click past the error so the app is effectively useless.

I this is worthless, I like to give some of our season tickets away as prizes from drawings. It makes it very hard when half of our customers do not use email.

It worked for a year but for the past 4 months I get an error every time I open the app. “There was an error loading locations. Please check your internet connection and try again.” Tried uninstallling and reinstalling. Tried changing app location settings. Emailed axs customer service. Complained on social media. Nothing makes it go away and not one person has reached out with a real human response.
Can’t get past the first screen

This is absolutely awful. I keep getting this error: “There was an error loading locations. Please check your internet connections and try again”. I’ve deleted and re-loaded the App several times to no avail. So I can’t get my tickets, can’t forward to my friends, and can’t print. Will never use this horrendous service again. UPDATE: App is still junk. However, I downloaded the AXS App, signed in with my Flashseats credentials and the accounts linked. I can now see my tickets in the AXS App.

Worst ticket provider I have ever used. Can’t get your tickets? Great. Stay on hold for over an hour to talk to an incompetent customer service rep.

Since last update, the app cannot open. It hangs every time and have no access to tix, other than website... what’s the point of the app?!

After purchasing tickets I realized they charge an additional 23% off the selling price ++! It’s not even outlined in the transaction when you pay for the tickets. Ended up paying $177 more than I expected. Your better off purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster and getting better seats!
