There should be an option to give zero stars but since it’s making me select at least one -_- This app is a joke. I placed an order that was to be delivered in 35-40 mins. 15 mins in, I get an email that my order was cancelled because they couldn’t confirm with the restaurant that they received my order. Annoying, but I went and placed another order for a different restaurant on door dash. Then another 15 mins go by and here comes a text stating my initial order has been picked up and is in its way! So now I have wasted money on a 2nd order I wouldn’t have done and emailing customer service is pointless because even after including a screenshot of the text stating my order is coming, they responded a SECOND time stating my order has been cancelled! Hey EatStreet, how about you read and comprehend your emails and be consistent with the delivery process. Deleting this app

This app is horrible. we ordered our food and it said it was on its way and we waited over an hour and it nvr came. the app said the resteraunt was delivering it so we couldnt get updates on when it was gonna come. We were starving from the time we ordered, so the fact that we had to wait so long wasnt making us very happy. we got our food and it was hard as a rock and extremely cold. Very disappointed and will never be using this app again. The only good thing was that the customer service was nice, although they didnt really help fix our issue.

Won’t refund me back my hard earned money. It’s not my fault, the STORE messed up my order and in return I get stupid credit when I paid in cash. Unbelievable. On top of that they never reply to my emails or the chat. Waste of time and money. SCAM. Don’t waste your money on cold late messed up or missing food. Terrible company and I will be deleting the app

I placed a order thru this app. They delivered it to the wrong business. They offered to credit my card and have the driver go back to retrieve my food. I don’t think anyone would want food that has been delivered an hour ago. God knows what was done with it.

.....by all means, download and use this app. Was ever excited to try this, because they are connected with places other food delivery apps in the area have no connection to, but it just isn’t worth it. Delays happen - but when you are informed of a delay 5 minutes before an order is scheduled to arrive and you contact this company via chat.......Be prepared to receive copy/paste responses, be insulted, and called a liar. The restaurant may well be slammed (they’re not - I called) but not informing the customer until after 55 minutes of wait is not acceptable. If you read through the reviews......if the Developer feedback is canned and insincere.

The agent from their live chat was replying to me like he hates his job,. Max was his name and I have screenshots. You guys need to train your employees
