Better drivers needed

I have placed an order with a few small items arrive at my house. The tracker showed the driver made it to my house and sat there for a little bit. So I decided to go out there and meet them because my place admittedly can be a little hard to fine.I stand out there for five minutes looking around only to see the driver pull away. I contact customer support and they clean as a driver hasn’t picked it up yet even though I’ve explained the multiple times that they sat in front of my house for 10 minutes


False advertising and lack of problem solving

The app works fine, it’s the company behind it that fails miserably. I’ve had missing food, 4 hour delivery times, and orders canceled and the most I was offered in compensation is $3. Just deleted the app after ordering fries and a shake, the ETA was stuck at 10-20 minutes for over an hour. I received a text saying “ Sorry for the delay! We're getting your order there ASAP. Your new ETA is 11:52.“ I PLACED THE ORDER AT 8PM.


Super inconsistent

Just moved to the area and we’ve found this app really inconsistent the handful of times we’ve used it. Estimated times have been off substantially, or orders have been delayed after the app indicated they were already out for delivery. Likely just going to pick up vs using eat street go forward.


Something's wrong

I've tried to order food four times in the last three week. 3 of 4 have been cancelled 1 hour!!! After confirming the order. Either bots are auto-accepting orders or the place has gone crazy. Brutally bad service. No way to call anyone!!!


Very Dissatisfied

Two orders in a row that I did not receive. The first I placed and then received a cancellation message because unfortunately the restaurant is closed (didn’t say that in the app). I like to give every service a second chance, after all mistakes happen. Thus my second order, receive a message it was delivered to my door and low and behold it isn’t. After over 20 minutes on chat with a bot and two different customer service people while they consult their dispatch team, I am informed the driver can’t be reached and is no longer signed in. I will thank them for issuing my refund, the $3 coupon I will never use, and their service I will not recommend.


Orders Consistently Getting Cancelled

This has happened numerous times now where I’ve ordered and about a half hour later getting a text saying the order has been cancelled. I never get a reason why. I’ve tried reaching out, but never get through to an actual person.

I have ordered food and was waiting for it. After 2 hours of waiting they sent me an email telling me that the order was canceled and it was late night so no options are available. I tried to contact customer service but they didn’t reply.


No accountability for drivers

Multiple times I have made orders and I have not received my order or received the wrong order and there was no way to connect with a driver to check where my order was there is also only email or a chat function to speak to customer service and no phone line so you’re usually waiting a while to hear a response
