The drivers are brain dead, and the service is awful. I would avoid this app if I were you since getting a drink is almost impossible to even get from this app. The delivery drivers just don’t care or won’t pay attention to the order

I have a couple of gripes. The first is that the hours listed in the app for a given restaurant or store often don’t match the actual hours of the store at all. Not sure why this is. Number two, my biggest issue - very very long delivery times. I can order something from a convenience store that’s a 10 minute drive from me and require no preparation and it’ll take 40-60 minutes. Third, last time I ordered I received somebody else’s order. Not a single item in there was what I had ordered. The good thing is that although it was 1 AM, I sent a message through the app and received a full refund within around 20 minutes or so which was great.
Random cancels after wait, app is horrid

Places a order, waited 35m for EatStreet to eat dimly cancel my order and say the restaurant was closed, I contacted the restaurant and obviously they were open, uninstalled. There’s a million of these apps avoid this one. UPDATE I tried door dash HOLY SMOKES GET DOOR DASH, SUPER fast, and way cheaper I learned eat street jacks up prices all around while ordering from them, skimming your cash check the price differences and speed!!! Don’t use eat street!

I cook in a small local bar & grill. Our owner recently decided to try to work as a partner with Eat Street and it has been a complete disaster. We will provide the drivers with an accurate completion time for an order and then watch as the food will sit for an hour waiting for the driver to pick it up. We either have to take a loss by recooking the order fresh or send the order out as we originally prepared it, basically ensuring the customer receives cold and stale food. The idea of this app isn’t bad but the execution here is absolutely atrocious. They fail to live up to their end of the deal and then local businesses’ reputations suffer because we get accused of making crappy food. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! Get off your lazy butts and come pick your food up yourselves!!!!
Inconsistent, a sad joke

This service is a joke. It is inconsistent in every conceivable way. One day, a restaurant will show I’m in the delivery zone, the next day I’m not. Sometimes the order is delivered through EatStreet, sometimes the restaurant itself delivers it. If the restaurant delivers it, good luck trying to figure out when it will arrive. I live in an apartment complex, so they’ll just drop my food outside and not even ring the bell. Even when the food it delivered by an EatStreet driver, the app shows you a useless map of where they are - it’s never accurate, not even close. I’ve also had a driver harass me via text because they didn’t like the tip (he thought the tip was too low for how far he had to drive)! I don’t deserve to be harassed because I ordered from one of the few restaurants that will deliver to my part of town! With all of the fees + tip, you’ll spend more than twice as much as if you had just driven to get the food yourself. EatStreet needs to train their drivers better, and they need to help customers have clear expectations on when their food will arrive and how drivers will behave when they get there.

Placed my order, got a text a while later saying a driver named Tanya was minutes away with my order. Here I am 30 minutes later and no one has even picked up my order yet. I'm sure when the food arrives (if it ever does) it will be cold and nasty. Great way to waste money!
Decent service with trashy deliverers

I can’t tell you how many times they have gotten lost coming to my address, how many times they park out front blasting their car’s music, my order has been wrong three times and despite asking for a text BEFORE arrival, most never do. Good app, crappy low need employees for drivers.
