Horrible App. Worst of All Food Delivery!

Absolutely horrible experience with this service and I will never use again. I’d recommend not wasting your time it will save you a couple hours of your life. I placed an order for the first time last night via their service and it said it was sent to the restaurant. It then said it was confirmed by restaurant. Then about 45 minutes later it said order was on it’s way. Up to this point all was as expected. Then I never received my order for more than 30 minutes after the latest projected delivery time. I called in to customer support only to find out it was their delivery service and EatSteer wasn’t even available to help. I only then found out that the order had never been placed at all and all of the status updates weren’t even true. The customer support couldn’t do anything because they were only a contracted delivery company and they couldn’t even help with the refund process because they had nothing to do with EatStreet. The end result was a complete waste of two hours and they never even contacted me to let me know of any issues until I reached out to them. Overall I wasted nearly 2.5 hours in waiting for food never delivered and in trying to get my refund and compensation back. Complete waste of time and will never use this service again. I’d recommend going with much more reliable services. Very disappointed.

Very bad. They take your money and give you the run around. Deleted my Credit info and uninstalled. I usually don’t do reviews...unless it’s needed. This one...is needed. Lets just say...use it at your own risk. Smack yourself across the face because you’ve been warned...good luck. -Also...why the heck do this company have so many food app?

I liked this app before, and it seems to have gotten even smoother and easier to use! I wish more restaurants would choose this app to deliver for them.

Zero rating Worst service ever takes two hours to get you food every-time weve ever orders and food shows up cold and gross and it’s a 5 minute drive from restaurants and spend over 30$ every-time and cant even eat it and have to throw it away and they won’t refund my money gave me a 3$ credit what a joke do not use them horrible and unacceptable

I appreciate the app in that they offer some of my favorites places. The one problem I have is the drivers take forever to deliver food. The app consistently says the food is still being prepared and it will push the delivery time back. But, with ample consistency, I will call the restaurant to see if my food is done, and the answer is almost always “yes, your food is sitting here waiting for someone to come pick it up.” To top it off, once driver do have your food, it’ll still take awhile. I’ve had drivers take my food to the wrong address,to the wrong part of town, and everything in between. If it weren’t for the restaurant you could order from and the deals you can get, I would never use this app.
Cold food, good selection

I tried this app the first time and my food was cold but sometimes things happen so I gave it a second chance and my food was cold again:( The order is always out for delivery almost an hour after the food being prepared not sure if there’s a lack of communication between when orders are done and when the food should be picked up but dang I’m hungry and cold chicken wings aren’t cutting it Also the delivery times are constantly pushed back and it happens at least 4 times before my delivery time is somewhat accurate
Worst Delivery App

After using different food delivery apps EatStreet has the worst drivers/service out of any other app. I had my order updated 3 different times by the driver stating that my food was going to be delayed. All three times it kept going up by an hour. Ended up cancelling my order since I couldn’t wait longer after 2+ hours. The customer service team doesn’t really make an effort to assist you with a refund as you can see based on others reviews as well. Just wanted to share for those that use food delivery apps.
