They take your money and the rest is your problem

Ordered pizza through them. It was 90 minutes to delivery and when I called eat street it was an actual voicemail box. No response to any support channel. This company is a joke.

Easily the worst and most expensive food delivery app out there, the extra charges are ridiculous. If anything about your order is wrong it will take about an hour to get a refund and it will never be a full refund. They will keep your tax, delivery, and service fees. Once I ordered a $25+ meal and the whole order was wrong and I got a $7 refund. Don’t waste your time with this app, you will be paying more in service fees than actual food.
Don’t count in your order

EatStreet has regularly accepted an order and then cancelled it. I’ve ordered EatStreet close to 20 times, and they’ve only delivered my order on two occasions. Don’t count on EatStreet to deliver your order, they almost certainly won’t. DoorDash is much better.

don’t waste your time with this horrible app/delivery service…have waited almost two hours for my food just to get a text that my order was canceled…second time this has happened…terrible company…gladly will take my business elsewhere

Valid and legitimate addresses won’t populate. Login is always failing or rebooting. Won’t show some restaurants unless you specifically search for them. Tried one last time and delisted my account and app for good. ✌?

Placed an order and wait an hour and a half only to be told they cancelled it…don’t waste your time just get your food yourself, you’ll end up having to anyway.

This company is terrible at notifying you if your Order has been canceled and it seems like other reviewers had the same issue. I waited for my food for 30 minutes and then I reached out to customer service representative to see what was going on with my order only for them to tell me it was canceled. When I could’ve used that time and money to order other food. Just very unprofessional and all the customer service agent said was just sorry for the inconvenience. Just a very frustrating experience and it wasn’t the first time this had happened. They constantly mess up order and do a bad job of notifying you. Just use another food ordering app it’ll save you a lot of stress.
Poor Customer Services

Ordered on Sunday night, waited for my order for an hour and half. Contacted customer services on the status and was told the order has not been assigned to a driver yet. I requested for a refund and was given the refund. Kudos to the first customer service. I then proceed with another order, this time the delivery was delayed again, the ETA on the app keeps changing to a later time! Contacted customer services and was informed this is due to limited driver. Customer services then ended my live chat as the problem was not resolved !
