The app itself is great. Very well thought out and easy to use. There are issues with delivery being quoted at $5.99, 4.99, $1.99 or free and upon completion of your order you are charged $5.99. It offers a live chat but is always delivers an error message after having you wait 10 minutes and counting down your place in line. The delivery has been within 60 minutes and the drivers are very friendly. I’d tip more if the fees were less. The food has been good and very warm upon delivery. I’m often ordering from hotels and it’s a good service over all. There is room for improvement.

Food always late and cold

We have used EatStreet a few times and 3 out of the last 4 times our ETA was pushed back more than an hour. This resulted in having to alter our schedules so we could get our food which was lukewarm at best when it finally arrived. 2 of those times the order was never even picked up even when tracking said it was being delivered. We had to contact the actual restaurant and customer service to get a new driver out and our food was over 2 hours late. The app itself is very easy to use and nice, but the management of the tracking portion and the drivers for delivery is horrible. Don’t know we’ll keep using this in the future.

My account was hacked and someone used my credit card to make food purchases. I reached out to support and no one followed up with my report. For your safety use another food delivery app.

Delivery happens loooooong after the projected time

It’s really too bad. This app is great with reasonable fees. But now the delivery times are extended way after the food order which I believe is done deliberately to keep you from cancelling your order. Knowing how accurate ride sharing apps can be, why can’t this app accurately estimate whether it’s a fast delivery or slow delivery night?

Horrible cold food and rude customer service

If I could give the business negative stars I would. My food arrived 53 minutes after it left the restaurant which was 40 minutes past the delivery time I was given when it departed. The food was soggy and lukewarm at best and the drink was warm. The eat street “customer service” team tried to convince me it was my fault for ordering at lunch. Never use this service if you have another option.

Eat street may not have as many options for food but they don’t charge nearly as much as Uber Eats does will be using EatStreet from now on :)

I waited an hour after the delivery time that was given to me before I got my food. By that time it was cold and soggy, and they refused to do anything except offer me coupons. As if I want to waste any more time or money on such a disappointing company.

It’s a quick and resources way of ordering. It’s easy to use. I have used it multiple times and have always been satisfied.

Horrible app

They have failed to send my order to restaurants multiple times. I got a confirmation email AND a text saying the delivery would be delayed but the restaurant never got the order and this has happened many times now. They also charge more for delivery than any other app, do yourself a favor and get Grubhub instead.

Free delivery was stated on home screen and when I went to pay it showed a delivery charge I couldn’t get refunded.
