Food never arrives at the estimated delivery time, it’s often almost an hour later.

So happy to be able to order from anywhere and not have to leave the house to pick up anymore!! The app is easy & convenient to navigate through too!! Disappointed when it says free delivery and you get charged $1.99 for delivery and a couple dollars more for delivery fees..... ???

NEVER use Eat Street!

I was a fool to download their app again. But a restaurant I wanted to eat from was only doing delivery... Sure enough, half of my order was missing and Eat Street refused to refund. Seriously, Eat Street is total crap. Use DoorDash or Uber Eats.

The driver lets you know when they are 5 minutes out. Nice! The food wasn’t hot but I blame the restaurant for that not EatStreet.

Where’s my food?!

I’m no longer using this app. I have had to contact support on several issues such as food never arriving when the app is giving me notifications that it has been delivered. Support has not been as helpful as they claim to be. Every customer service rep has blamed it on the restaurants when in fact it is the app.

Eat Street never sent a driver to pick up my order

I had my first and only experience with eat street today. After waiting for nearly an hour for my food after the app said it was out for delivery, I use the get help option and I’m told the restaurant never marked my food as ready and it was a tracking system error. They agree to refund me and give me a $5 credit. I call the restaurant. My food has been ready for 50 minutes and eat street never sent a driver to pick it up. So I tell them I will drive over and pick it up. Eat street calls me back and says now I’m being charged for the food again. So I could have saved myself 75 minutes if I hadn’t tried eat street and just picked it up myself.

Options and drivers

Needs more options in the menus for each restaurant. Can’t order my food special because you have no options and if I put it in the special instructions the order is still not right. I understand that might be on the restaurant but if you had more menu options I don’t think that would be a problem. As well as more restaurants. My town had more restaurants and I feel like half the restaurant options are gone now. Also drivers need to double check orders before delivering because I had to wait 25mins for one soda they forgot because they had another delivery first which is unacceptable.
