DO NOT USE – EatStreet Local Food Delivery Review

There should be an option to give zero stars but since it’s making me select at least one -_- This app is a joke. I placed an order that was to be delivered in 35-40 mins. 15 mins in, I get an email that my order was cancelled because they couldn’t confirm with the restaurant that they received my order. Annoying, but I went and placed another order for a different restaurant on door dash. Then another 15 mins go by and here comes a text stating my initial order has been picked up and is in its way! So now I have wasted money on a 2nd order I wouldn’t have done and emailing customer service is pointless because even after including a screenshot of the text stating my order is coming, they responded a SECOND time stating my order has been cancelled! Hey EatStreet, how about you read and comprehend your emails and be consistent with the delivery process. Deleting this app
