Wont deliver food across state

cubfan6123

Use this app all the time now when i order food it states it cant deliver alcohol across state line. I did order alcohol very disappointed!

Alcohol state lines

Unable to deliver food

We can’t order in LaCrescent anymore due to the app error of “we can’t deliver alcohol across state lines” even though there is no alcohol in the orders. This has been happening for 2 weeks now and we used to use ear street multiple times a week. This bug needs to be fixed.

Awesome&Fast

My orders have always been accurate and fast! It’s also very helpful with kids at home when it’s cold out not having to bring them out!

App is awful and customer service is bad

timmyturnwr

The app is so cheap and lazy. ETAs are a straight shot in the dark and location services are mid at best. Customer service takes forever to get in touch w someone. Doesn’t let u leave the customer service tab to check ur information. It’s a bad app

Zero stars not an option

Avoid this delivery app, due to current circumstances, I need to use delivery apps somewhat often. I can think of few instances where this company actually delivered what I ordered. As with any of these apps, there’s a reasonable amount of human error that you can expect. But I’m not talking about being given a small drink instead of a medium or a similar trivial issue, I’m talking entire items missed, consistently. In maybe 15+ orders, I’ve received my order as I ordered it maybe 2-3 times. If you contact the company, they won’t send another driver out to you, they’ll refund you for the one item missed. Not the percentage of the tax, or the delivery, or other associated fees that come as a result of the higher total, and they’ll refund you in cash that needs to be used in their app. You’ll still be out as far as the product is concerned but now instead of refunding your money that could be used anywhere else, it’s locked in this app, to be used next time you want to receive 3/4 of an order. There are infinitely quicker ways to ship money out of your bank account and get it returned days later with an insincere “sorry” than ordering from this app.

Unreliable service and limited refunds

Never received a confirmation text for my order, never received the order. They’ll only refund you a fraction of what you pay for the meal. You’d expect one of the foremost delivery services to accept the financial risk of their own failed deliveries. Sad.

Nice App, Delivery Service Suffers

The EatStreet app has a clean layout. It’s generally easy to find the restaurant you want and ordering is a breeze. The EatStreet delivery service has room for improvement. In particular, the predictions for delivery times are routinely off by a wide margin. In the Madison area, delivery times are generally 50% longer than advertised. I will continue to use the app because the restaurant listings are great, but I do hope they improve the service.

Too Slow

Ordered from my local Chinese restaurant and this app said 1.5 hours for delivery. I looked in Grub Hub and it’s 20 minutes. Won’t be using eat street again. Also forces you to leave a large tip.

Be smarter about filtering restaurants that don't deliver to me

allgood299

Why does eatstreet wait to tell me a restaurant doesn't deliver to my address til the very end? I'm required to input my address before searching for restaurants. You can very easy develop your app to only show me restaurants that will deliver to my address. It has happened time and again where I select a restaurant, add all my items to my cart, input all the other information and at the last screen I am told that restaurant doesn't deliver to me. Seriously? Ok. I'm hungry as I'm writing this. Legitimately though, you have the information you need to tell me earlier I can't choose this restaurant. Don't make me go through the whole process just for me to have to start over.
