Use another app – EatStreet Local Food Delivery Review

This company is terrible at notifying you if your Order has been canceled and it seems like other reviewers had the same issue. I waited for my food for 30 minutes and then I reached out to customer service representative to see what was going on with my order only for them to tell me it was canceled. When I could’ve used that time and money to order other food. Just very unprofessional and all the customer service agent said was just sorry for the inconvenience. Just a very frustrating experience and it wasn’t the first time this had happened. They constantly mess up order and do a bad job of notifying you. Just use another food ordering app it’ll save you a lot of stress.
