I really like it

This is my first time using the app and I've used it twice today with great success. My kids can place their order from the driveway and it's ready when I get there to pick it up. I spent literally 30 seconds in the store while there were six other people waiting in line. It turned heads. It's the future and it's all I'll use from now on.

A nightmare and rip off!

Amount of points earned would be less then advertised. When redeeming a free reward drink I was charged later. Had to contact customer service to reverse charge. Customer service was a nightmare. Had to wait over 30 minutes to speak with someone.

Updated the app. Waited as long as possible hoping some of the bugs had been worked out. NOPE. Had two cards: one for personal, one for business. Transferred only one card AND with incorrect balance. All in all, I lost about $50. I will only use gift cards for this company from now on, not the app.

UX experts would laugh watching us fumble for our handheld computers while we try to nonchalantly use a reward and pay for our fare. Group rewards and put coupons at the end, instead of setting everything chronologically? Check. Take a few more taps to redeem a coupon? Check. Obscure text with busy photos? Check. Tap an arrow in a non-standard bottom-left location instead of swiping to go to the previous screen? Check. The only thing it has going for it is on-the-go ordering which simply angers the staff and takes longer to get the product. Let us put notes in there to the staff and that will help. Fix the scary user experience and I'll come back. Show Perks in list form instead of huge useless icons, and do it chronologically. Put perks and pay on the front/launch page. Make it EASY for us to give you money! You want our money, don't you Dunkin'? FIX THE USER EXPERIENCE!!! Get rid of the old app and/or make it non functional and I'll get my food and drink elsewhere. The new app is not worth the hassle. UPDATE: The old app is now non-functional and useless. I'm going elsewhere. There is this green-and-white circular logo store just a few buildings down that also has a new app, but I'd rather use that app than this one. It's much easier to use.

I just want to have the perks on my screen when I go into Dunkin donuts. Why should I have to give them my credit info. I guess I will not be a DD member anymore.

Tired of the picture they use for the offers. Like the old app better. Was using the 2 apps simultaneously and all the offers did not populate to new app. (Hmmm) Now I can't use the old app anymore. New app IS NOT better.

The app for what it is compared to the last is fine. It gives a more premium feel akin to the Starbucks app. It works just fine and is not at all hard to navigate. As in press pay now to pull up your card and it easily allows a transition from a coupon redemption to pay with your card (you got a free drink but are paying for a donut etc...) I'm not sure why all the low reviews. You can see your rewards points add up and you can pay from your phone to keep getting more. It's simple and has a whimsical design that invokes good feelings especially on the ride to work. Get the app if you drink a lot of dunkin. It works as it should.

This is the worst application ever. Always difficult to reload $ on it so I have to do it inside coffee shop. Also, when I had log in again due to change of a phone it would not take my password on the app but it takes it online. Seriously, you all need to work on this app and make it user friendly as Starbucks has it.

The old app worked dependably and was easy to navigate and reload. The new app has made it tougher to quickly move between deals, rewards and payment. It also keeps logging me out of the app between visits, which I discover as I'm placing my order and opening the app to pay. Now suddenly I have to re-enter my login information each time which slows me down and makes me feel like an idiot when I'm at the drive-through window and I feel like everyone is waiting on me. Several times now I've just said forget it and paid with cash. So now I don't earn my rewards for purchases. I'm sure I can used to the changes to the format (nobody likes to see changes to an old favorite, but usually it's like second nature and you can hardly remember it ever being different) but being constantly logged out and not able to quickly use it when I need to is getting old really fast.

I really don't understand the negative reviews. I love this app and I love Dunkin' Donuts. The app is very easy to use and to add value too. Compared to other food apps, well there just isn't any comparison. I recommend it highly!!! ?
