Constantly need to login

It would be nice if this app didn't log you out every time you try to use it. It's annoying to get to the window to pay, only to find that you need to type in your username and password.
Signs out and auto refill doesn't work

Old app was better

The old app was easier to navigate and you could assign home and work locations. The new app doesn't allow that. It's useful when it pops up on lock screen.

Trouble

I've been having a boatload of trouble logging into this app for weeks. Nobody seems to know why or can help rectify it. All I know is I no longer have access to the old, working, app and I paid out of pocket for my coffee today when I have money in the app. The bux may have my business tomorrow and every subsequent day until you all get your app together.
Inconvenient

App requires reentering password all the time thus making it inconvenient when trying to use it on the go. Simple fix. Don't know what's taking so long.
Multi device broken

After being forced to use the new app you can no longer stay logged in from two different devices. My wife and I share the same DD rewards account, after one of us uses the app the other is logged out of the app. The old app did not do this ?
Does not work after iPhone update

The app worked great until I updated my iPhone to ios10. Now I can't add anything to cart using on the go ordering! Hope it's just a bug that needs to get updated.

Love Dunkin Donuts but this app is horribly designed. Whoever designed it was clearly inexperienced in information architecture, interaction design, and user experience design. I paid for someones drink this morning bc she was frantically trying to switch over from the old app and couldn't navigate this app. Dunkin Donuts, I encourage you to find a real product designer to redesign this app. I would do it for free, that's how much I love Dunks and respect good product design. This looks like it was designed by an agency. Who in their right mind puts a bottom hamburger menu in their app. ?
