Old app was much better

This one logs me out every day. If I don't have my glasses I can't use it because I have a strong password and it's hard to type. Also the navigation is awful - like 15 steps if you want to use a coupon and then pay the balance with the app. It takes a long time and you hold up the entire line when using it. I would give zero stars if I could.

You permanently took away the old app. I tried the new app and it doesn't function well for how I use it. The new app doesn't allow for my husband and I to share our funds like we did with the old app. I have now deleted all the Dunkin apps And will limit my purchases to cash if and when I decide to visit which is far less now

Worst transition to a new app ever

Yesterday the "old" app simply stopped functioning telling me it couldn't contact the server because I had no data connection. Since I knew that wasn't the case at all I figured it was just the lousy app acting up again. Eventually I decided to delete and reinstall the app and lo and behold when I downloaded it from the App Store I discovered there was a new app altogether. Bizarre. I never received a notification the old app was going to be retired and I never received an update notification from the App Store...probably because it wasn't an update but rather altogether new. All of this would be surprising if it happened with any other retailer that I patronize. But after months of problems with the old app this miserable transition to the new app and the dreadfully amateurish looking new app are sadly not surprising in the least. Dunkin doesn't need to be at the cutting edge of mobile tech but my goodness they should be embarrassed by this.

Maybe you all are the problem. While I stood in line at the airport, I downloaded the app, created my account, added a card, loaded a balance and then got up there ordered, clicked to redeem my free drink ::scan:: , clicked the pay button right below that QR code, brought me to my payment code ::scan:: and I was done. App works just fine!


Does not deserve one star

Forced to update while paying for my items in DD. Lost all my information. Emailed customer Service. Told me they know how to fix it. Did what they said still no info. They said I was never enrolled. How is that possible when I have been paying with the app and getting perks for year now! Of course you can't find anything the new deleted all of my info and points when I had to update! Great way for DD to get rid of its customers points! Going to WAWA.

The app never keeps you logged in. Reloading takes forever since you have to reload billing information. I feel the last app was great compared to this one. I would still use it, but since this app came out the old one doesn't work.
