This app continues not to load right amount left on card and constantly forces closed. I have tried 15 times to load more money via Apple Pay but it doesn't work either closes app or just says processing. Need to be able to auto reload using Apple Pay I'm not putting my credit card info into an app that hardly works!!

Ever since the new update, the app constantly has me re-logging in, every time I open it. What's the point of this? Hardly seems convenient when I'm in the drive thru lane waiting to pay. Fix it DD!

This app is so frustrating and aggravating that I wouldn't even go to Dunkin' Donuts anymore if they weren't within walking distance of my home. Whenever I go to add value to my card it tells me my pin is invalid. You end up having to go online through your computer to fix it, what is the point of an app then? It's also difficult to find things in the app. The old app was okay, at least it worked. If you have to enter your email and password each time you need to use the app, what is the point? I have never had any difficulty with my Starbucks app...

I didn't think there was anything wrong with the old app. I was very excited for the new one to see what was added. My husband and I have shared this app on our phones for as long as it has been out. The new one kicks us out every time the other person uses it. It's very cumbersome and is making us use it less. Serious design flaw not to have a "remember me" feature. All other big apps allow for sharing an account. Very disappointed in DD. Wishing I kept the old one.

Despite the negative reviews, I took a chance and downloaded the new app. No problem downloading, no problem installing, no problem registering, no problem navigating through the app, no problem collecting and using the free beverage perk, and no problem paying through the app. In other words, it was easy, seamless, and successful for me. Yummy donuts and a free beverage! I don't know why people are complaining. Ignore the haters!

Horrible update. Have to sign in every time I use it. Never had to do that with old app. So inconvenient I now hardly ever use it and am back to Starbucks as my primary coffee stop. Don't have to constantly sign in to their app

I was very disappointed that DD made a new app and didn't just update. This might have been fine but they discontinued all cards on the old app. Bad move al around.

Add a notes section

Please add a notes section to the customize section. Cap it at 10-15 letters if necessary, I would like to be able to request things like "extra ice" or "cream on side" Always nervous to update the app since a new wave of bugs seems to accompany each update, hopefully Dunkin can figure out to build a user friendly and stable app.
