I usually go to a Dunkin that is always busy. Before the app, I would wait in line 5 to 10 minutes. Now I order at the traffic light, say I ready and walk in past the line and pick up my stuff. It’s also nice the points I get towards free stuff. Who doesn’t like free. Get the app, avoid the line and walk passed all the jealous people waiting in line.

The app is dysfunctional. It fails to work 50% of the time. What’s the point of offering mobile ordering bonuses if the mobile ordering function fails?
App isn’t good

There are many times the app doesn’t work. I spend over $100 per month at DD. I love It but the app isn’t so good. I’m still trying to get ahold of customer service for a refund of drinks I ordered to the wrong store on mob 24th. 845-820-0525
