Not user friendly

Love the idea of how his app should work. The layout is not user friendly. On the go ordering is crazy. You submit your order. Then click start making my order. Then only to realize you have another screen to pick walk in or drive thru. MANY MANY times I try to use the on the go ordering and I'm guessing the system is off line from the stores. Also when ordering food it does not give enough options to order your food. App needs some revamping.

This app would be great and so convenient if there were more options. For instance, if you're ordering a breakfast sandwich on a bagel, there's no option to have your bagel toasted. And if you're ordering a bagel, the only spread you can order is regular cream cheese: not even butter! Not to mention that the selection of bagels, donuts, and muffins on the app is extremely limited. It's a great app for ordering coffee since you can customize it to your liking, but if you're ordering food, you might as well just stand in line unless you like the most basic menu items. Please fix this, Dunkin'! I understand every store offers different menu items, but come on, at least add an option to have your breakfast sandwich toasted or add butter to your bagel or croissant! Those are simple fixes!
Very bad app

Updated to new app and can't use it, it takes so much time to pay with it, that I have to use the old app. Please do something about!

Every time I open the app I have to re-log back in also does not work on multiple devices so everybody in the family needs a Dunkin' Donuts card and a different sign on this is a waste

The old app was better because at least the notifications and wallet updating worked. App support was informed and it's still not fixed.
Way to many steps

There's to many steps! When you order coffee you have to hit order pay then I'm ready to pick up. It should be order hit pay & done. I have order & forgot the pick up part. Which then made me late. Also if you order a muffin & wanted toasted with butter there's no option. This app is not user friendly at all. I thought it was me, but like I king through the reviews it's not. Most times I just use my Starbucks app. It's way easier to navigate.
