Always has issues with mobile ordering.

I like Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, good coffee without the huge price tag. But this mobile app needs work. Every time I go to use the mobile ordering during morning rush hour it is unavailable. Also I have ordered and on several occasions I have a receipt and order number but the Dunkin’ Donuts location never received the order. So it’s not convenient if you want it to ‘skip the line.’ Also new drinks are hard to find, if even on the app at all. And you cannot apply coupons yourself, the app does it automatically and most of the time the coupons never get applied, and if you have a free beverage it automatically applies it to your next purchase (this stinks when your next purchase is a small beverage so you lose out). The only positive is that you can get a lot of reward points and Dunkin’ Donuts does provide a lot of deals if you have the app.

There is nothing better than walking in bypassing the lines and grabbing your food. The coupon application to orders isn’t the best if the order b4 the application of the coupon. But other than that this app rocks. Love the app.??

This app hangs a lot. I get that he store is not taking orders, but see dozens of orders when I walk in.
Rewards

This app would be much more enjoyable if you were able to choose which rewards to use. For example, if you have a free reward but don’t want to use it on that order, that should be possible. A location check to ensure the correct location is selected would also be nice.

It’s so great that my order can be preset and all I have to do is press a button when I’m on the way to the store and my order is ready when I arrive

This app never works. Every time I go to place a mobile order, a red banner pops up & states that they can’t submit the order at this time. This literally happens 2 out of every 3 attempts. I uninstall/reinstall constantly, to no avail. Also, I’ve attempted to reload $$ onto my DD card using my mobile app, and on the last step where you enter the CCV code on the back of your CC, it states that it’s not able to load $$ at this time, and to please try again later. So, I wait a few minutes, and retry...and get the same message. But when I check my Bank Account, it actually charged my card TWICE! So when trying to make a one time $25 reload, I was actually charged $50!! I’ve emailed their customer service Dept TWICE about these issues, (using both the 1800 # and the email option) and have yet to hear ANY kind of response or correspondence. When trying to call the 1800 number, prepare to wait a minimum of 45-90 minutes to speak to someone. There’s not an option to leave a message either. In conclusion, this App is GARBAGE! It’s impossible to get positive results after countless issues occurring daily. Don’t waste your time....I’m going back to Starbucks for my coffee, as paying $4 for a coffee that’s made right EVERY TIME....is worth it! And their customer service line, actually picks up your call & resolves any minor issues you might have! Well worth it in my opinion! Download App at your own risk!!

App is great but there isn’t a way to delete any saved credit cards from the reload portion of the app
