The Dunkin app is so much easier to use then the Starbucks mobile app. Redeeming rewards is easy and re loading with Is simple!

I love Dunkin. My favorite spot is 3705 Germantown ave. They are fast and efficient. The morning crew is always friendly to us!!!!

So, as you see, a lot of people hate the app because it is down, it is the worst. But, I am like, suggesting that like 20% of people don’t write bad reviews about the app. So, Dunkin’, thank you so much! God bless you! You keep my mom moving and working with your fantastic coffee every day! Thank you!!! I have the app, and it is awesome. I like get my deliveries in not even 25 minutes. This app is amazing and I just proved it. The reason why I think this is the second best coffee, is because I like Starbucks! But, thank you and bless you guys!
Cold coffee and food every time I order on app

Always literally live 3 minutes down the road send order get I. My car and go thru drive thru got ice cold coffee and barely warm sandwich… again something wrong w my order

The app itself is great and is updated quite frequently BUT, it’ll sign you out every time. I mean sometimes I’m signed out 2-3 times a week. It’s SUPER annoying. It’s especially annoying when I have 3 phones in my household that all have this app. That’s 3 emails and passwords I have to dig out constantly. There has to be a better way!

Every morning before I go to work I’ll order my coffee online and I pick it up at the Dunkin. The staff is always friendly and greets me with a smile.

I have used this app for years and it’s been great. Recently is has started logging me out of the app when I’m done. Please fix this ! It’s a PITA to have to log in every time I want to use it. Thanks
