This app WAS awesome. It made my morning so much better, but now it barely EVER works. It hasn't worked in weeks. I wish they would fix it. Now it's 6 months later and it's still bad......def switching to the Starbucks app so I don't waste anymore time.
Problems ordering
Rabbit Hole Finder
On regular occasions i can’t place orders from the app. I go to the same dd every day yet the mobile ordering only works about 80% of the time.

Love the app WHEN IT WORKS and love earning free drinks WHEN IT WORKS. On the go is supposed to be convenient, but rather I go through and compile an order and never know if it will work or not! Many days my husband will not go pick up the coffee without on the go because the line is too long so I get no freaking coffee! On the go needs a half pump button for the swirls please. It also need a toasted option because they do not toast food without it. Also get it to work! Idk how a company who makes so much has the most ineffective and unreliable app ever

The app is a quick tool to use if you are positively sure if you want. But make a mistake or select the wrong location there is no going back. Also you can’t add half and half to beverages if you wish to there is no specializing items if you want to. It is the way DD believes you should have it.
P002 errors!
Would like iPad Format
This is a good app and you earn rewards fast, *but* it’s often unable to place mobile orders due to error P002. Frustrating!

If you’re tired of mindlessly staring into space while the person in front of you figures out which donuts to put in their dozen, then you need to get this app! Love being able to place a sample order and have it ready when I get there. The only negative thing about the app isThe headers for ordering favorites is so faded into the background sometimes it’s easy to get lost if you’re not looking for it hard.
