Drivers/delivery personal are very rude and do not understand how to use a door code at a condominium. It blows my mind any company would hire these individuals.

Almost every order is screwed up or late. When you place the order it says one time and then after order is placed the time is much longer. Customer service is useless.

Tried to order Wendy’s combo and it wouldn’t let me add to order unless I code a drink.... which it wouldn’t let me do... fix the bugs and I might use the app.

The app and their customer service is garbage

When I order through DoorDash now, there is a 50% chance that it won’t show up. Most recently they offered me a $5 credit for an order I waited an hour for only to be told the restaurant was closed — after I contacted customer service. The app still says my order “will arrive” 15 minutes ago even though it was canceled. They also seem to have the attitude that they aren’t responsible for their “dashers” at all. So any problem with your service is the dasher’s fault and has DoorDash isn’t responsible. Used to be a decent service when they came out, now it’s a complete joke.

DoorDash does not compensate for frequent users. Small service fee shouldn’t be charged if the customer is already paying delivery fee.

I’m a fan of the concept but the delivery service is unreliable!!! If your starving you’re better off just ordering from restaurant that offers delivery. I had 3 bad experiences with the drivers not picking up the order. The last incident was the last straw! The driver didn’t pickup my order within the window of time when my food was suppose to be delivered,so I had to drive to the restaurant myself and pick up my food that became cold & soggy. I contacted support about a refund for the service. The bozo’s refunded me the amount then reversed the refund and charged me again. I contacted support and provided them a screenshot of the charge on my bank account and no one got back to me. I’m cutting my losses here. Keep the money you CLOWNS and use it in developing a better system in weeding out hiring clowns from poorly representing your company. ??????????
