Love DoorDash except when my extra sides don’t get ordered .. but lucky my extra side orders are 0.99 cents so it doesn’t bother me too much.
The service is fine but the app gives me issues

Every time I try and refine the location for drop off the app gets itself stuck in an infinite loop and won’t update. The developer must have never tried to test this because it’s been having the same problem for months.

App works well, and every once in awhile they actually bring your food. Completely unreliable and they flake more often than they actually show up.

This app was GREAT the first two times. Now, however, the Chinese food place we ordered from a few weeks ago is suddenly ‘outside our delivery zone’, and they’re clearly having issues with connecting with ApplePay DURING their ApplePay promotion!!!! Seriously?!?! Probably going to be deleting this one soon....

Don’t waste your time with this app unless you like Mexican food with no hot sauce, buffalo wings with no ranch, or salad with whatever dressing they feel like putting on it(even if you ask for the dressing on the side). I asked for extra hot sauce on the side in the notes of each item I ordered and in the special instructions. Guess how many hot sauces that warranted me....you’re right not a single hot sauce in a $20 order from a Mexican place.....who the heck wants Mexican food with no sauce. The only way I’m using DoorDash again is if the order item is so simple a Tesla could pick it up for me!

How do you expect people delivering not to mess with peoples food. Its not like theyd know. Think about what it takes to get to restaurant then person. Park. Etc. walk. Wait. How do u honestly expect people not to do this. I used to order food through you all until i was waiting in line to order my personal food and a dashing person came in behind me to collect the food and i was chatting with him. Holy smokes. You people are subhumans to lower the rates of pAy to those people. Who does that job? What are you all actively recruiting from homeless shelters? Where is all of the extra money customers pay for each item going? It sure as heck isnt to someone paid 4 bucks a delivery. I read a lot of reviews about how people are dissatisfied with the service they received. Well doordash keeps everything except those few bucks for the dasher so what do you expect?
