Easy app, friendly drivers

I moved to an area that has very few delivery options "direct" from restaurant...so Door Dash is awesome for me to have all kinds of options right at my fingertips. Ordering is easy and the drivers have always been super friendly.

I ordered from Door Dash and I never received my food. I was unable to contact the driver and it took me 30+ minutes to get in touch with someone from customer service. After it was 1.5 hours past the predicted delivery time, they offered me credit to door dash and i had to ask for a refund. They never explained why I did not receive my food. I would appreciate an explanation.

I'm really enjoying this service. I've had only great experiences so far. Super easy app to use and super fast delivery. Love it!

Food was delivered late, and cold. The driver claimed to have gotten lost. When she finally arrived, she called and asked that we come outside to her car to get the food. When trying to rate the experience on the app, the review would not send. Altogether extremely disappointing.

Why would you charge a 18% service fee, on top of the already $6 delivery fee, then expect me to pay a tip to the driver? It shouldn't cost me $56 for 3 burgers, fries, and drinks from Five Guys burgers.. I'll save myself money by driving the 10 miles there and back instead of spending and extra $20 to use this app. Pathetic. I understand paying a tip and delivery fee, but a 18% SERVICE FEE on top is stupid!!

I use DoorDash all the time. I've tried UberEats and Postmates but think DoorDash has the best options and the friendliest dashers.
