The app for drivers cannot be downloaded on iTunes. Why? Because if that was the case, it would be rated one star and littered with negative reviews. This company has way too many drivers and tries to cover itself by sending people on long distance drives with the food. That means that drivers get paid less than minimum-wage and your food gets cold quicker.

As a stand-alone app, it is perfectly fine. But, it never achieves its purpose because you would have to wait for a food up to a point where you lose interest in eating it at all. They always get the dashers mixed up . My advice would be to stay away from this service and use a better alternative.

App says couldn’t load stores and when you search it gives operation couldn’t be completed json error. Useless.

Placed and order and paid for it, money is taking from my bank. And then it shows on the app that I have to pay again and my order isn’t paid or placed,but my money was taken. There’s no number to call and the worst support ever

This app changes delivery people on you last minute. Then the delivery person cannot make it to your pick up before closing time. PLUS ... they don't refund you when this happens. You have to wait quite a while. No apologies or credits for all these problems and this happens often. Grub hub wins my service, this is just crap. I gave them another chance and they claim the prices they charge are exact from the restaurant. WRONG!! I have identical receipts to prove it. Seriously thinking about handing this over to an attorney. Don’t give them your money. They will rob you!!!

Prices went up for delivery fees.. the fees were already high as is and they increased it again! Also, my orders have been arriving late (20 minutes past the delivery time) and the notification statuses don't update. It's only worth it if you order for a large group. Delivery can be priced from $2.49-8.49 per order. However, they add selection fees and other additional fees on top of the delivery fee. If your order amount is under $10, they charge $2 extra. That's not all. You also have to tip the driver. Thus delivery can cost up to $7-15+ per order. I stopped using them only because it costs too much to have food delivered when I could just go down the street and pick up my food. I tried to order one meal ($9.99) and then they charged me an additional $15 for delivery fees, other service fees, and tip. My total came up to $24.99 so I cancelled it. Not worth it for a $9.99 meal. Smh! Update: They are quite limited in their restaurant options now.. they used to have a wide selection but now there's only a few.. I'm guessing they're losing business.
