Waited over an hour for my food(when the restaurant is within 5 miles of me). Said it was delivered, never received my food, then the only option was credit my account or resend the order. Completely takes the “convenience” out of this service. Will never use this service again.

After confirming my address online and being told that i could get a delivery I installed the app. Picked out all my food before being told my address was outside of range. I wasted 3x more time than it would've taken to drive there myself.

I am deleting this app as I have UBEREATS... For some unknown reason these drivers don’t understand the meaning of your company or delivery. If I order from PapaJohns, Pizza Hut, TIFF TREATS- they COME TO THE DOOR. Your drivers SIT OUTSIDE AND CALL FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS TO COME GET THEIR FOOD??? I just had major surgery and the driver did not come to my door- but I MET HIM OUTSIDE. Food cold and had the nerves to take it out the heat bag. I hate that I gave a tip. After this I am removing DOOR DASH from my phone. Teach your employees the definition of their JOB.

Don’t count on this service for food delivery. I ordered 2 hours before delivery and I received no notification that my order was an hour and a half late until I checked the status. Two contacts with support and I still have no food. Oh goody they’re refunding my order and I’m stuck making Mac n cheese for my kids.

Quotes you for a delivery fee then tacks on a service fee. There is no bloody difference and they can't possibly justify one. Order with this app and you will get what you deserve!

I’ve used Uber Eats and when the driver or place gets orders wrong Uber’s response is basically “not our problem”. The one error in delivery this time and got refunded for missing item and credit for inconvenience. Some things could be better like helping the driver assure they got the order right, but I’ll continue to use the app given they don’t seem like Uber-style jerks.

I ordered food for friends living in another state and 2 timezones away. Common sense would be to pick the delivery time based on the delivery address right? Apparently not. I did question the time, but thought that would be stupid to choose the time based on my address. I went ahead and made it very, very clear in the special instructions that the delivery should be 6pm PST time and not 6pm CST...so the “special instructions” were completely ignored. As soon as I got the text the food was picked up, I texted back that was wrong. I immediately jumped on the app to correct it only to find there was absolutely no way to contact anyone to correct this. I couldn’t even find out where to send feedback until I spent 30 minutes in the app clicking in random places and then 2-3 clicks finally took me to a “feedback” page. Ridiculous.

This is the worst delivery app I’ve ever used. I waited an hour and a half for my food. It kept adding more and more time I’d have to wait. I watched my delivery driver on the app drive around for an hour and a half! I cancelled my order but the app still said the driver was coming. This has been the worst experience. Shut this business down. Idiots.

A Pure-Money-grabber Company without any respect to its consumers or law

This is a pure money-grabber company. I ordered a $60 order for a full- vegetarian meal, after one and half hours waiting, I gout a total wrong meals with all kind of meat. When I contact DoorDash, they said what we can do is give you 5 dollars deduction for you next order. Really? The amount of deliver fee and service fee wen to Door dash pockets is more than five dollars. It cannot be right to give me five dollars deductions for next meals after a 70-dollars meals turned into something that I didn’t order. This company has no respects for its costumers. It’s charge is even suspiciously illegal. They charge deliver fee from $1.99 to 7.99 according to the hour, which is understandable. What is very fishy is the service fee which amount to 12/100 of your order. At the early stage, DoorDash say,” this restaurant request 12/100 services fee” that makes think this fee will go to restaurant that you make order to. But then according to general knowledge, you will wonder why a restaurant charge such high service fee for takeout food since it actually doesn’t provide any actual service except put food in a box. Until next week, I noticed that DoorDash secretly change the words to “12/100 service fee will keep Doordash in service”. Doordash charge two separate fee for one order. But when an order goes wrong, you won’t get any help from the company,except 5 dollars charity-like deduction from next meal.
