What happened? I removed the app a couple of weeks ago because I thought it was malfunctioning. I downloaded it again and all I get is a white screen. Star rating based on app’s performance.

Everyone of my orders has been wrong. You don’t get a refund, you get a credit. Then, you order again using the credit, and the order is missing something AGAIN. Unbelievable.

Maybe y’all should team up with Lyft to advertise with Driver’s to become DoorDash drivers as well. Y’all are in Colorado Springs now, and I want some McDonald’s, but there ain’t nobody to bring it to me. Plz. I would like my McDonald’s, but I don’t want to take a two hour bus ride to get there.

I was charged for an order that didn’t go through. When I paid for the order using the app, I got a pop up that said “Oops”. I checked my bank statement, and I was charged. I chatted with door dash help line and they stated my order didn’t go through, even though I was charged and that I’ll be getting my money back in 3-5 business days. A piece of advice if you want to use door dash...just go to the website. The app may not work. DoorDash should offer tips AFTER the food is delivered, not during the ordering.

Multiple orders cancelled 2 hours after being placed, drivers delivering food 30+ minutes after time guaranteed, missing items, cold food, useless customer service that only knows how to read a script. Use literally any other delivery service you will be much happier

I have no complaints so far with the delivery service itself. The drivers are friendly and punctual. The restaurant selection is ample. However, the restaurant and menu availability on the app isn’t as accurate as with other delivery services. Out of the 8 times I’ve ordered from Door Dash, I’ve had an issue 3 of those times. The first time the restaurant was closed for the season despite being available on the app. The second time the restaurant had to substitute an item since they no longer sold what I ordered. The third time the restaurant simply wasn’t accepting delivery orders despite the app saying otherwise. To their credit, Door Dash is always quick about communicating issues, refunding canceled orders, and/or offering an apology credit. However, when one is hungry, it can be frustrating to play Russian Roulette with your delivery app, never knowing if you’re going to get the dreaded notification that your order can’t be completed (after you paid).
