Honestly the biggest issue I have with this app is that it makes you submit the driver’s tip prior to receiving the delivery. I’ve had some great drivers and some awful drivers, and I wish I could have known this before I tipped them. My apartment complex is pretty complicated so I have very detailed instructions about how to find my apartment and half the drivers read it and find me ASAP with no trouble. The other half don’t bother and drive around lost for an extra 20 minutes and my food is cold and soggy by the time they find me. I wish I could tip differently based on service

Went all the way through the order and then the app couldn’t process Apple Pay. Constant errors. Impossible to reach support. Ended up having to use Postmates which is way too expensive.

App doesn’t work, can’t show local restaurants and when searching show some weird gibberish error. I live in a major city which the service was confirmed in so I’m not sure what the problem is but I literally can’t even order anything. What a joke

You have to create an account and login, only to find out they do not deliver in my part of the country!?! And there is no way to delete your account or personal information from their system, ...sketch!

Oh and it works great, and the deliver service is awesome.

I received a coupon in my mailbox for this service so I figured I’d check it out. I struggled with the app and the browser recognizing my address, which I could understand since my mailing address looks a little different than what you would picture my physical address to be (I.e. building is a different number than the street number, my packages get lost all the time). I submitted a service request, emailed and spent time on the phone with customer service (who took 2 weeks to follow up on my submission), for them to ultimately tell me that they don’t deliver to my local area. Why put a coupon in my mailbox then? Also, I see on several websites for restaurants less than half a mile from my apartment advertisements for door dash. How do you not deliver to my area? Sounds like whoever answered my service request couldn’t figure out the answer so just figured one less customer wouldn’t hurt.

Drivers don't make correct deliveries. Drivers are incredibly late. Door Dash responds with a $3.99 delivery coupon or something else meaningless. With $196 million in funding maybe hire someone who can make sure your delivery force can read.

Tried out first time. Received phone call 2 hours later my order was never placed

All the other delivery services you’re able to make changes to each item being ordered, ie; no onions, no nuts, etc. So that being said it also doesn’t change the price of the order. So though I had free delivery, I still paid $13 more than I should’ve. They need to update their app ASAP!
