Update: so I gave it two more tries and BOTH times the order was wrong. Sure, the instance credit is nice for my incorrect order, but that just means I have to use the app again. I’m starting to really loose faith in this company since I’ve been using it for a month and it’s slowly going down hill just like the other delivery apps. I’m really sick of getting the wrong food and then never hearing back from the company about it situation. I feel like they just credit you and don’t care. First I have to say that I have never had a back experience with this company! I’ve been using it for about three weeks and I have referred four people who are now hooked. They offer more delivery options than any other app I used, plus the great option to request places to be added. Their drivers are beyond friendly, reliable, and quick!! I’ve never felt like my order would be late or mixed up. There have been two times now that the restaurant got my order wrong, but the Dasher who placed the order got it PERFECT! The support behind their company is outstanding and when I reached out both times I had instant help and the problem was solved right away without assuming negative intent on my part. When there are so many food deliver serves out there it is great to see such a versatile and reliable company create one that really puts thought towards the customer. Your companies values must be outstanding and I feel like we will only see growth from this level of service. From the bottom of my not-so-empty stomach, THANK YOU!!!

We waited 45 minutes for the app to cancel our order because the driver got there and saw the restaurant was closed. Now, we need to wait five days for the refund. Not so fun :/ looks like it is back to uber eaats

I signed up because my coworkers used this all the time, but when I try signing up it won’t find my home address, it won’t even recognize my street in the city!! My boss lives one street away from my and it recognizes his address, so how can it not recognize a street that’s not even 100 feet away??

When I first used DoorDash the service was excellent. Now I’m having nothing but problems. Missing items, not receiving my orders at all, and receiving completely wrong orders. Trying to get ahold of Customer Service is a nightmare and frustrating in dealing with their Customer Service. Once I get this last issue resolved, if I can, I won’t be using DoorDash ever again.
An app that lies

The price is higher then the price in the location. But the app always said it is free delivery. I don’t know do this app company has food resale licenses or not. It doesn’t sound right to me.

I just used this app for the first time sitting here at a very busy baseball tournament. One of my favorite pizza places when I come here was a participant so I tried this app out. It worked perfectly. My pizza was delivered quickly. Hot and delicious. I even left a message for the driver to ask for paper plates and napkins which the driver did. I described my vehicle and where I was parked. I received notifications of when my food was picked up, and when my food was close to me. The driver was pleasant and I’m a happy boy. Thanks.
They upcharge everything

DoorDash charges a 10% “service fee” AND they upcharge individual items from restaurants. Check the menu on DoorDash - a burger for example will cost $5.50. Check the same burger on the restaurant’s actual website - it’s $4.50. That’s pretty much b.s. in my opinion. Charge the service fee, fine, but don’t pretend that’s the only fee the customer will pay. I doubt the restaurant gets the extra money from the item cost.
It says free delivery but it’s really not?

I open the app and see a restaurant that says free delivery but when I click on it the delivery price changes. So I thought maybe it’s the app tripping so i exit the app close it out and everything. Went back in and the same issue. Please fix this problem it’s been like this for too long. Plus there should be a rewards program for customers that use this app a lot because the price for delivery is outrageous.
