Best Customer Support!!!! UPDATED!!! – DoorDash - Food Delivery Review

Update: so I gave it two more tries and BOTH times the order was wrong. Sure, the instance credit is nice for my incorrect order, but that just means I have to use the app again. I’m starting to really loose faith in this company since I’ve been using it for a month and it’s slowly going down hill just like the other delivery apps. I’m really sick of getting the wrong food and then never hearing back from the company about it situation. I feel like they just credit you and don’t care. First I have to say that I have never had a back experience with this company! I’ve been using it for about three weeks and I have referred four people who are now hooked. They offer more delivery options than any other app I used, plus the great option to request places to be added. Their drivers are beyond friendly, reliable, and quick!! I’ve never felt like my order would be late or mixed up. There have been two times now that the restaurant got my order wrong, but the Dasher who placed the order got it PERFECT! The support behind their company is outstanding and when I reached out both times I had instant help and the problem was solved right away without assuming negative intent on my part. When there are so many food deliver serves out there it is great to see such a versatile and reliable company create one that really puts thought towards the customer. Your companies values must be outstanding and I feel like we will only see growth from this level of service. From the bottom of my not-so-empty stomach, THANK YOU!!!
