I order from here 24/7 and if you have s problem with your order they are so kind and handle it quickly lol everyone else complaining in the comments are either irrationally mad, lyingggg, or just want free food/ doordash credits lol ?. Door dash has most of the restaurants you like AND YOU GET TO REQUEST YOUR FAVORITE RESTAURANTS TO BE ON THE APP. It’s cheaper than Ubereats too. <3

The issues are one in the same...the company running the app is hiring the drivers and therefore fully responsible for what is going on with the drivers as well. Ordered three times, drivers were crabby people the first two times and a no show the third time. Not worth it. Nice idea, but poorly executed service.

This is a great app! They have a little bit of a delay but other than that there were no issues. I totally recommend this app. The person that delivered my food gave me 6 chicken nuggets and a quarter pounder for free!

Delivery was an hour late, it’s consistently on time with Uber Eats and Grubhub. Plus part of my order was just refunded and not included with no explanation. Do better if you want to compete!

Driver went past my house to do another pick before making the delivery. I tried to reach their costumer service and there were 45 people before me, after waiting 15 minutes i just gave up and waited for my cold pizza ?

It seems like we’ve experienced the same as most reviews. The drivers are super lazy! Last delivery guy calls us and says. “I’m at the gate, come get your food.” Where are you guys hiring these random people? Never using the app again!

I ordered some food in one of the “800+ cities around the world” that you service. I was charged and received notifications that my order has been placed and that a door dash driver is on the way. Nearly 2 hours after I placed the order, after my extra hour and a half grace period I gave, I reached out to customer service. “It looks like your delivery wasn’t made because there isn’t a dasher near you. Now that all of the restaurants are closed, they told me, we can offer you a full refund so you can place another order for next time. A refund for the food I didn’t get that I paid for, so that i can order from you again? That sounds like a great idea.

Honesty, everytime I give this app a Chance they really are horrible I place my order and it took them 1 and 30 mins to tell me that they don’t have what I ordered then I had t cancel the order by waiting to chat with someone I was #15 in Line and if you leave the app open but check your messages you loose your place in line then when I ask for my money back it take 5 to 7 business days to give me my money?? lol seriously al I wanted was food and convince and I got h complete opposite everytime I never get my food hate DOORDASH Uber eats is way better

Absolutely horrible service. Waited over two hours for an order that wasn’t even closed to getting picked up. Also trying to speak to an actual human representative was nearly impossible. Do not use this app if you want to ever receive your food.

Took them 2 hours to bring me sushi that was 10 minutes away from my house! And this isn’t the first time this has happened. I prefer Uber eats, they at least try to be timely
