You’re a service. Charge a service fee to accommodate the server at the restaurant. Every delivery person who comes to my door EXPECTS me to tip them after they’ve left the restaurant not tipping the person putting the order together. The ethics of this company are appalling.

I ordered something 4 times and it Canceled. The first time I ordered something it got here and it wasn’t even my food. Then I tried to reorder and it canceled on me 4 times. It refunded my money each time but as store credits. Like I’m just hungry man.

This app worked perfectly fine until July 13,2018. For some reason the app completely stopped working. For some reason when trying to order I keep getting and “Opps” “we can’t confirm your order” message and it directs me to call support. When I call support they are completely clueless and when all their trouble shooting fails we all of a sudden “lose connection” and I don’t receive a call back. I’ve spoken to 4 different support people and none of them were able to resolve this issue!!!

Waited over an hour for my food!!!

What a pathetic company. The absolute worst food service I’ve ever experienced. Not only did I have to wait over an hour for my Chinese food which everyone knows is ready super quick... when I tried to contact a representative with DoorDash, the in app called feature would not work. I tried the live chat and as i finally become first up in queue, the number kept changing from me being 1st in line 2nd for about five minutes. Worst app ever!!!

i love doordash, to be honest I was little scared to order from them because all the bad reviews I seen. But I gave it a shot and I like it way way more then uber eats!

I mean I entered dozens of addresses and only one worked and that was because it was some random street in a big city I mean come on I live next to multiple fast food places but it says they can’t find any restaurants for my actual real location? If you are going to be a delivery app maybe deliver to most residential areas and not some random street in Portland thanks.

Good deliveries, false advertising on fees?

On more than one occasion, DoorDash has claimed free delivery for a restaurant only to charge me the delivery fee after ordering. There were no minimum order amounts, these were explicitly advertised as “free delivery” on the front page of the app. More annoyingly, the DoorDash service rep blamed me for the mistake despite my having a screenshot of the free delivery.

I love that I can order great quality and delicious food to my door on a busy night. The app is easy to use and tracking my order is very helpful. All the drivers have been super nice and professional. Thank you!

Bad Service - Good App

App is well designed but this delivery service is absolutely horrid. Order takeout yourself or find another company to save yourself the hassle and money.
