Free delivery?!??

We have had great service with Door Dash. We started noticing that many restaurants say free delivery when you are searching, then when you click to order it says $2.99 or $3.99 or $5.99. Why is it tricking me to think delivery is free when it’s not? Please fix this!!!

You are required to tip prior to getting the order. Completely wrong way of doing it.

They have never delivered our order correctly, within 3 HOURS.

This app is the biggest waste of time. I’m glad to hear they treat their drivers well, that’s awesome. If you’re a customer you don’t matter! They process payments to stores that their site says are open, only to find out the store is closed! Then instead of a refund, they give you a “credit” which is useless since I’ll never use this app again. I said it last time but decided to give it another shot as the LAST driver was also driving for Uber while she had our food in the car. So I got food that was sitting in her car for over 3 hours... oh but door dash credited our account $5 for the hassle! Super generous right? That was, until we went to use it this time and it mysteriously wasn’t in our account anymore. #Scam don’t use his crap just go pick up your own food.

These guys are awesome. I order for them whenever I get too sick to get out of bed, and if anything ever goes wrong they are quick to correct her mistakes. This company has great deals, polite delivery people, and spot on time estimates. Give these guys a chance, they are amazing!

The restaurant cancelled my order but now I have to wait a week to get my money back! Called customer support and they just apologized....I don’t see how that’s going to get my money back when it wasn’t even my fault! Thanks to that we didn’t get to have dinner. ?

Dude I wanna shoutout DoorDash for being an amazing app. There was a couple of lags when I was being notified of where my DoorDash person was but other than that it was an amazing app. Plus it’s the only app that will deliver Taco Bell late at night so shoutout to DoorDash for being the only app that does that. Also the girl who delivered my food was super duper nice, I wish I could have given her more of a tip than I could have. But yeah great delivery app

Wait time And Problems

I place a small order of carl’s jr. 5$ box (which is 3miles away from my destination) around 1:30am and says my order should be there around 2:31am. Understandable because it’s past midnight. Sooner or later it’s already 2:40 and it still shows the driver hasn’t even reached the Carl’s jr. I wait till 2:50 until i finally contact an agent to see what’s the problem. Just to tell me my order didn’t go through, even though i paid and Pre Tip the driver already. Extremely disappointed and hungry. Didn’t even get a text to notify me it didn’t go through. Never using this app again.

There was a hike in a food item I usually buy. It is an extra 3 dollars more expensive, so you’re still paying for delivery and on top of the tip and fees. thanks doordash
