I love depop but I wish they would make a feature where we can send people offers. We can receive offers but not send them :/ ALSO PLEASE LET US ADD MORE THAN 4 PHOTOS TO A LISTING

Depop as a platform is fine. It’s my go-to for buying and selling secondhand (though I wish all these sites didn’t take such a high percentage of what we make as sellers). However, this app randomly freezes every couple minutes and I’m forced to close out and open it back up to the “My DNA” because it doesn’t save scroll progress. Plus every time I hit the bottom middle button where it shows your purchases and sales it immediately freezes so I can’t view a sale I made. Pretty frustrating.

So many scam artists and I legit got scammed. Depop doesn’t refund you your money if you get scammed and when you contact them, they don’t do anything but reply with the same thing to fill out the problem. Worst clothing app ever! Don’t waste your time.

app was great. now they are adding unnecessary garbage and not fixing bugs that have been a issue for years. using that app is becoming more and more complicated.

this app actually helps scammers with its disorganized system, I bought a purse and had to wait 3 weeks while they confirmed the package with the seller whom deleted their account after my purchase. Honestly I dont get how this app is even set up why charge $200 for an item when a lot of profiles are scammers I believe they should atleast wait for a package to ship

I had been selling and buying with depop for over 3 and a half years with no problems whatsoever. Recently, they decided to "upgrade" their guidelines to keep the community "safe." They removed several of my dresses and tops and said that they fell under the prohibited and restricted items, without telling me why. I had not even noticed that they were bombarding my email with "Your item has been removed" notifications, because I don't check my email every day, and within two days they suspended my account even though they themselves had already taken down my items. It was rediculous. So then I kindly emailed them asking why this happened and whether or not I'd be getting my account back with the rest of my items which I have poured hours into posting. They responded with "As you have failed to comply with our Terms of Service as well as have failed to respect our Community Guidelinesand List of Prohibited and Restricted Items we feel that allowing you to remain active poses too much threat to the Depop Community. As we had mentioned in our account closure email, phishing/ spamming is not acceptable in our community, and is strictly against our rules." They also said this decision is unappealable. This is completely absurd and I'm so disappointed I ever did business with a company that handles matters this way. I will not be having anything to do with them in the future.

I have new followers and likes and messages as before, but the sales have went down due to the offer option. Going back and forth with customers accepting offers, waiting for them to approve(which is the down call) , accepting, waiting. Same customers over and over . Causing me to miss sales because the customer being frustrated having to approve of the offer they made, forgetting over and over, causes them to not want to ship anymore. Since I have yet to make a sale idk if it’s true that now we don’t get the pay asap; I hope it’s not true. Getting the pay when ordered is why I sell here. Less like to have someone wear my things and try to return it (and i sell lingerie so of course that’s just me losing money). These changes are downgrades completely
