Issues Setting Up Depop Payments

I am from Guam and everytime I try to set up depop payments it says my zipcode is invalid. I used to be able to list items when they had paypal as a payment option but now that it’s mandatory to use depop payments I can’t use the platform anymore. Can I get some assistance or clarification if the app is not available to my area?

There’s always an issue that you have to jump through hoops to fix. If you’re not compatible with PayPal then don’t use it

When you go to “listing” and then to “style” at the very bottom of selling an item, I cannot select the tags at the very bottom since the “done” button is in the way. Even if I hold one finger and attempt to select the tags on the very bottom, it would only work one finger at a time please fix

love depop for selling and buying but i am just absolutely begging to know what the point of the “my sizes” filter is if i’m still being forced to dig through hundreds of completely wrong sized listings with the filter on.

I’ve only ever used the app as it was designed to do yet Depop locked me out of my account and then demanded to know which account I was using, like I don’t know, how about the one that was spending money and interacting with sellers?? Try emailing them and getting any response in a timely manner, I might as well send a homing pigeon to send messages because it will take them 24-48 hours to respond. This company is a joke if they think this is the proper way to handle things. How about a fair warning before completely locking someone out of their account and then asking them questions about said account? It’s like blindfolding someone and then asking them to describe the scenery. Ridiculous.

Depop is a nightmare. I literally have trauma from their employees terrorizing me over a period of 5 years. I joined when it first became available in the US. They had US employees. It was laidback and easygoing. They would warn you if you went against their terms so you could fix it. It felt like a community. I used to post tutorials to help new sellers learn how to ship items. Then they fired their US teams and the UK employees took over. One decided she didn’t like me for some reason. She kept mass deleting my items and closing my account. I would have to email over and over and over until finally someone else would read it and fix it. I never once got an apology. Potentially buyers would be really wary of me, obviously. I would finally get a few sales, and they would do it again. I would have to refund my sales. Paypal doesn’t refund fees, so I LOST money. Actual money that was mine to Depop. I told them every single time that I am disabled and literally survive on what I make online. I went without food and suffered serious psychological trauma because some horrible employee in London decided that she didn’t like me. If you think it’s easy to get help as a disabled person, you are clearly not disabled. I relied on my depop sales to survive, they knew that, yet they kept attacking me, gaslighting me, defending their bully of an employee. I would gave sued, had I been heathy enough. I spoke to a lawyer and I had grounds because I had an agreement with them that she wouldn’t be allowed to mess with me anymore, but they kept doing it. They know exactly what they did, but never apologized, never offered any sort of compensation or gave my account back. All they do is twist the facts and keep getting my reviews removed. I have all the emails with them clearly lying about what I said when my message is right there. That’s gaslighting, which is abuse. This company is absolutely shameless. If they were decent people, they would have reprimanded their employee and made things right with me. They reply to my reviews but refuse to reply to my emails, 2 years after the last time, so this is what, 4 years total now? There are many other apps out there now, thankfully; try one of those instead. These are bad people, plain and simple.

depop is great, aside from the scam artists accessing ur which i’m sure happens all over apps like this, but what i’m really the most angry about is that i cant shop based on my country? i tried typing in “united states” because i live in the united states and i’m still getting sellers from canada pop up on my dna, feed, and and search. depop please make an option where you can filter out where you want to buy from, your girl needs clothes that aren’t international ?
