I sold something well over two months ago and the money was sent to depop payments, and my bank account is correctly hooked up to it and it will NOT transfer the money to my account and every time I reach out to support they tell me the same thing that it will “be transferred in 7-10 days” and it never does. When I search up help in depop settings it says to verify with an ID and there’s no spot to verify, I’ve checked the entire app there’s nothing. The most unorganized customer support ever.

Its a good app but im trying to sell something and i clicked sell and when i try to click off to go to the next page it doesnt let me click off of the keyboard.

Credit card payment is not very easy. Tried to use a card and it kept going back to a different card I did not want to use. I had to use it because wouldn’t let me use the one I wanted to use. Unhappy.

So much scamming and fake users

So basically I began to notice just how many fake users are on depoip when I was trying to find a pair of uggs. I realized anyone who has fake literally had the same bio for the item and sometimes even the same pictures, no reviews, nothing. The killer is like, “Please pay through Depop, which is protected‼️‼️”. This is in every fake listing. It’s just really irritating because I used to love this app and supporting freelancers and sellling my own preloved or thrifted clothes was always a good experience, the paypal thing doesn’t really bother me too much. But this new experience where I can’t trust anything I see and it’s mainly ruled with fake listings makes it a lot harder to use the app to it’s best ability. I don’t usually make reviews but it’s pretty much consumed the whole app. Please be more present in what’s going on and try to do something to fix it

Bugs make the app a pain to use

Every time I am on the app looking for clothes, I click onto the picture and the screen turns white, I try again and it continues to happen several times, and I also can’t checkout on separate items nor can I delete any items from the cart, it gets so irritating to the point i just log off the app i’ve checked if the app needs to be updated but it doesn’t

i bought something off of here and got scammed i reported it to depop and paypal multiple times but the girl who scammed me ended up just blocking me without refunding me. Any other time it has been good just be careful who you buy from

Great app but I would love to see some new features

I love love love buying and selling on Depop honestly it’s the only place I buy clothes. The app is pretty solid and is very easy to use. There are a few things I’d love to see: •A dark mode so the app would become red and black and would be easier to use at night. •A Depop widget for the Home Screen so I could see my likes or messages on my home screen • A way for sellers to make announcements on their shop without having to post on the actual feed. (Almost like seller stories) • enabling notifications to notify you when your favorite shop posts a new listing • Cover photos to make each shop more aesthetic • A way for depop to contact a seller when an item isn’t shipped for a period of time. ( it can be hard to start a claim in PayPal) • A way to offer one item to all the likers at a discounted price

Depop used to be sick, quick and easy, money gets sent to your PayPal you get it out no problem. Now with depop payments you have to wait a certain amount of time to get your money, the fees they’re taking out are ridiculous, there’s the depop fee then the transfer fee. They tell you to go ahead and ship the item before your payment is sent to you….isn’t that the point of charging a shipping fee? How am I supposed to ship something when I don’t have the money to ship it? This process is more difficult and just inconvenient and now my buyers are having to wait longer and getting charged more to make up for the cost of depop fees alone. Doesn’t seem worth it to sell now. Just sold a pair of boots for $55 and the fees came out to almost $10. That’s just robery man.
