I’ve been logged out for about a week now, I’ve reached out to depop for help and sometimes they don’t respond, I’ve changed my password like ten times and it still doesn’t do anything.

I’ve never had any quarrels with Depop till now..why did you log me out and say you couldn’t verify if I wasn’t a robot...is this a joke cause I’m not laughing

I wish you could connect anything else besides paypal to sell things. I’ve had a ton of issues with paypal so i really don’t like using it.

Depop is a nightmare. I literally have trauma from their employees terrorizing me over a period of 5 years. I joined when it first became available in the US. They had US employees. It was laidback and easygoing. They would warn you if you went against their terms so you could fix it. It felt like a community. I used to post tutorials to help new sellers learn how to ship items. Then they fired their US teams and the UK employees took over. One decided she didn’t like me for some reason. She kept mass deleting my items and closing my account. I would have to email over and over and over until finally someone else would read it and fix it. I never once got an apology. Potentially buyers would be really wary of me, obviously. I would finally get a few sales, and they would do it again. I would have to refund my sales. Paypal doesn’t refund fees, so I LOST money. Actual money that was mine to Depop. I told them every single time that I am disabled and literally survive on what I make online. I went without food and suffered serious psychological trauma because some horrible employee in London decided that she didn’t like me. If you think it’s easy to get help as a disabled person, you are clearly not disabled. I relied on my depop sales to survive, they knew that, yet they kept attacking me, gaslighting me, defending their bully of an employee. I would gave sued, had I been heathy enough. I spoke to a lawyer and I had grounds because I had an agreement with them that she wouldn’t be allowed to mess with me anymore, but they kept doing it. They know exactly what they did, but never apologized, never offered any sort of compensation or gave my account back. All they do is twist the facts and keep getting my reviews removed. I have all the emails with them clearly lying about what I said when my message is right there. That’s gaslighting, which is abuse. This company is absolutely shameless. If they were decent people, they would have reprimanded their employee and made things right with me. They reply to my reviews but refuse to reply to my emails, so this is what, 6 years total now? There are many other apps out there now, thankfully; try one of those instead. These are bad people, plain and simple.

App is suddenly not working. As soon as I sign in it shuts off immediately and automatically. It has been two weeks already and problem is not fixed. Upon complaint the approach of depop/Etsy is nonchalant at best. What a weird company!!! Seems like my predicament is a joke for them !!! The app is supposed to make it easy and pleasant to buyer and seller in the least but depop app doesn’t encourage me, just the opposite it discourages so much so that I am thinking of leaving. Even when it works something is not quite right with the app, it is not pleasant, seems disconnected, your shop does not get exposed. There is NO community! It is antipathetic. And finally I do not expect it to get fixed I expect it to be ignored! I lost faith.

I just got my account today all was great and amazing until I entered my birthday which I’m thirteen and right away I was banned I have sent numerous emails today to Depop and tried to make a new account but it won’t let me do anything which is sad cause I liked Depop also they banned me right away not “deep dived” into as they said
