Stupid set up

They make the seller pay the full original price to refund buyers and then refund the seller later. Makes absolutely no sense to me and this rule is now impeding me from making refunds as I literally don’t have the money to do so. So stupid.

I love depop but I wish they would make a feature where we can send people offers. We can recieve offers but not send them ://

Updated Review: The app still glitches frequently and the new “offer” button is a joke. Any other website/app that has an offers feature, considers the offer button to be binding and once a seller accepts an offer, the item is sold. Multiple people have been making offers and then not buying the item, it’s a completely useless feature. Hundreds of sales but I’m done with this app for good. I frequent the Depop subreddit and everyone else pretty much uses it to complain, the company is focused on the wrong things. Old review: Love the app however I think they obviously favor top sellers. Would be nice to see more ways for smaller shops to gain exposure. It’s also riddled with glitches.. most annoying one is my “filter” in the search section does nothing. Cannot filter my results it’s very frustrating.
Please allow turning off marketing notifications

Given that I could turn off notifications for comments and likes, why is it that I cannot turn off notifications for these “drops from so and so”? Marketing campaign notifications cause the most fatigue, causing people to pay less notice to more crucial notifications, so please stop pushing them on sellers and buyers alike.
