Have been trying to log in to the “new experience” for about a month now and still can’t get logged in. Can’t chat with customer service and current wait times for both numbers are over 60 minutes.

The citizens bank app is very good and convenient overall, only thing it could improve on is response time, and refreshing the available information faster. The credit card payments for example, the balances and transaction history doesn’t update right away.

I have a home mortgage through citizens, and they recently updated their app. Now I am unable to log on and make adjustments to my monthly payments or find out why they changed. I don’t believe I have a regular bank account with citizens, which seems to be required to talk to somebody to get any kind of help. 45 minute wait time is what I got to be able to talk to an actual person to figure out how to use the “new and improved” app. Talk about stupid…

This app has never been very good. Still no exception now. Bugs with inconsistent statements (such as showing credit cards as past due when I have called them and confirmed this is not the case,) random crashes and sign outs, and other various issues. The account transfer button works great though!

Had a very patient,nice, helpful guy on the phone named Jordan .I was confused and upset and wasn’t understanding what was going on in two different accounts and. He explained everything patiently and got it straightened out. I really appreciate his patience!
