Amazing Customer Service!

Just want to comment on how awesome Chewy has been... Obviously the convenience to have my products shipped to my home is amazing. And so quickly after ordering! Sometimes you don’t realize you are running out until it’s way too close for comfort; Chewy’s speedy turnaround on orders has saved me more than once! Also, extremely easy to find what I need, filters to find new products works great, and a quick checkout are also all fabulous. BUT, my absolute favorite today, and why I am writing.....called late on a Sunday afternoon to help with an order. Phone was answered immediately, no wait, no menus to work through first, and the agent was very friendly and efficient at helping me. I called because I had changed my mind on a product ordered the night before - decided after pushing send to change my dog’s food going forward. But, I had already ordered a huge 28 lb bag of their old food and because they are so quick to fill orders, I couldn’t seem to cancel it online. Called to see if Customer Service could do more. Unfortunately, at first anyway, they could not stop it - was already on the way (normally a great thing, but not this time lol). So I asked about the return options, as I had never done so before. But, instead of returning, Chewy offered me the option to simply donate the bag yet still get a full refund! WOW! That is so awesome, what a wonderful display of love & support for all our rescue shelters, especially right now! Coincidentally, I had already started putting together a big box of donation items for my local shelter, extra leashes toys and treats I had around the house (my babies are spoiled lol, I admit!). Had also gotten some of my neighbors involved and was able to add even more goodies over the last week due to their generosity. AND, now Chewy has contributed too lol - great timing and what a wonderful addition to the box of awesomeness gathered already! THANK YOU Chewy, you’re the BEST! This already loyal customer is even more so now ?

I messaged Chewy.com yesterday to request refunds for products I bought for my sweet kitty Dewey who passed away just yesterday. Charlie P, a customer service rep emailed me almost immediately and issued me a full refund of close to $200 and told me to donate the items to a local shelter or rescue of my choice. Just now I received the sweetest floral arrangement from that same Charlie at Chewy.com. I always knew they were an awesome company to purchase my kitty items from but this was amazing! Buy from Chewy.com people.

I love chewy!! Their prices are definitely cheaper than in-store prices and their customer service can’t be beat. Plus shipping is so fast! Particularly during COVID it’s been amazing being able to schedule my dog/cat supplies to come every 6 weeks so I don’t have to stress about going to the store.

Would give them 10 stars but not possible. At 60 years old I am very critical of businesses. No flaws in this business. 100% reliable..... delivered to my door faster than I can go and buy myself. Prices better than I can find locally. Staff always polite and helpful. They even send birthday cards to my pet! I now spend $130 a month for pet supplies ! Amount increases every month. Happy pets because they don’t have to hear “ our supplies did not come in” (Walmart) or “that is all we stock “( PetSmart). My pets don’t care when they want to eat. My vet works with them to assure their Rx diet is available. So good I will have to look at buying their stock.

I have two wonderful 10-month-old Brussels Griffons and they are going on for surgery tomorrow (1-25-21) and I went on the Chewy app, made an account and everything. I found exactly what I needed for their recovery to make it the best possible for them. I went with Chewy because everywhere i looked talked about how fast the shipping was and I really needed my order to get to me quickly. So I place my order, thinking everything is great. The next day after I placed my order, I get an email saying that in order to ship my order, I needed to call and verify some information. Thinking that was weird, I called anyway because I needed the items for my fur babies. I call in, the lady was nice, she asked for all the information, my email, my phone number, the shipping address, billing address, and payment information. I hang up thinking everything was good. The next day, I get an email CANCELING MY ORDER! So now I have to run around town hoping to God that one of the pet stores local to me has exactly what I need because my babies have surgery TOMORROW and I have nothing for they’re recovery all because Chewy canceled my order for no reason!

I will not shop anywhere else for my pet. I’ve never seen a company the size of chewy with such amazing customer care. If your pet doesn’t like something, they don’t ask any questions, they simply help you find a replacement and ask that you donate whatever it is to a local animal shelter, which is FANTASTIC. They carry a huge number of brands, their own brands are great, their videos and information on the products is great... the added treats you occasionally receive, such as holiday cards and even hand painted portraits of your pet are just... wow. I love this company. Chewy, I cannot wax poetic enough about you.
