Great service but no way to tell what's in stock!

The pandemic has riddled the world with supply chain disruptions and product shortages. This is nobody's fault! Unfortunately this unavoidable truth has impacted my cats' digestion because they cannot get the food their tummies are used to but everyone's hands are tied. I do wish, however, that there was some way to tell what foods are in stock when I'm trying to get what we need. It is an ordeal to figure out which food I can actually order, and it is rather frustrating having to manually check each and every brand, flavor and package count to see whether that type is in stock or not. First world problem, for sure! But it doesn't change the fact that it shouldn't take 30-45 minutes to only be able to order a single case of food.

I just spoke to customer service to exchange to change the flavor of my cat food she was very pleasant and very helpful and very quick
Chewy is out of stock often

Not sure if we’ll shop with Chewy at this point. Same answer each week: out of stock. We have to have specific foods for special animal needs and Chewy can’t meet the need anymore. Amazon does for the same price and free shipping. After all these years, it’s sad to see Chewy’s downfall.

I Recently Ordered ...Kitten Food... By Mistake...I Called And Spoke With "Kat" And She Gave Me A Refund !! I Asked How I Can Return The Kitten Food.. And She Asked If I Can Donate it To a Shelter... Which I Absolutely Will... It Will Be The Shelter Where I Adopted My "Tippy" ...Twelve Years Ago... Thank You Kat...For Your Great Customer Service !!!

I have a problem lifting. I’ve asked about braking up the products. I can only order when someone else visits because I can’t move the boxes. Sometimes they are left on the lower steps. In that case I have to wait for my neighbors to come home from work. I’d order more in sometimes if I could request different packing. Otherwise, it’s good for me. But other times it sends me to the local PETCO or PetsSmart.

Chewy is always out of stock on certain brands of food. Seems like they could just start ordering larger supplies so we are not scrambling to find alternatives.
