I’ve been a Chewy customer for a while now and I can honestly say I LOVE IT. Chewy has THE BEST customer service, the best prices, and the best variety. Petsmart and Petco cannot even compare to Chewy.

So far I like the app, I have an auto-order set up and it works great, I really like being able to place the order a little earlier if needed. I got a response to my earlier request I made here so I know they care and check if there are problems with the app.

I love buying stuff from chewy. Everything has been working fine until now. I cannot add anything to my cart. Sadly had to purchase my stuff else where. Not sure if it’s the recent update but please fix.

I’ve had problems with Chewy orders a few times (my apartment’s fault, not theirs), and every time an issue comes up with delivery, they send out a replacement very quickly even though they were not at fault. Their customer service is great, and everyone has been very helpful. It also helps that you don’t sit on hold for very long. When my apartment doesn’t hoard our packages, I receive my Chewy orders within 2 or 3 days, which is much quicker than Amazon if you don’t have prime.

They have the best customer service, fast shipping, & good prices. When we moved I forgot to update my shipping address when my auto ship sent out. They refunded me and told me to tell the people that moved in after me to donate the food ( how awesome is that??) I forgot to order my cat litter until i was almost out and it took ONE DAY to get here. I recommend Chewy to everyone i know with pets. I love it !

I feel like chewy is an amazing place to shop for your pets. They have a lot of things any pet lover or carer could need or want for their pet. I really enjoy their shipping though I ordered something a day ago and it came after a day and I was really surprised by that. I would most definitely recommend chewy to any who needed somewhere to shop for their pet. Everything here is great.

Every since I upgraded my phone on IOS the “add to cart” button doesn’t work. Please fix this issue it’s been going on for me personally for about 2 months now.

I buy all my dog food from here such a good deal in bulk and my doggos love it but my mailman hates it he tends to slam my boxes on the ground which has lead to some damaged items I called chewy and let them know and they sent me replacements and put extra protection on my items I love how they sent my babies happy birthday cards as well for their birthdays I have a strong love for this company to the point I have re occurring stock market investments into this company! They are all over amazing amazing customer service and amazing delivery time I’ve never waited more then 5 days to receive a package! And they have the absolute best deals!

I love ordering from chewy. I now order 100% of all my animal needs, from chewy. Better variety, they always have what I need, plus they have very fast shipping. Recently, I had an issue with my order. I contacted chewy and they had the product to me the next day! I would recommend to anyone.
