I’ve been using chewy for almost a year now and I have to say it’s one of the most easiest , convenient and best places to get your pet supplies. Even when something is not delivered or late they make it so easy to get a refund or to help you get your package. I wish I could say more about how wonderful this company is. My pets absolutely love them and get so excited every time they see a package.

They don’t like negative reviews(mine wasn’t bad and it had some good points too) they send you a email saying you’re wrong and they don’t publish your review. What’s the point of having a review button if you can’t handle any negatives in it.
Awful experience with their pharmacy

The first and last time I ever order through chewy’s pharmacy! I kept getting several emails about the medication prescription being on hold because they couldn’t locate my dog’s information at his clinic. The clinic confirmed when I spoke with them and let me know that this isn’t the first time customers have this poor experience with chewy. The worst thing is that after the back and forth calls and my desperate pleas for chewy to accept a scanned copy of the prescription since they charged me for it anyways, they still refused unless I were to mail it. Such a waste of my time and my poor dog’s visible distress waiting to get his meds. There was absolutely no empathy and they didn’t even care if my dog got his medication which he didn’t get through chewy because it made more sense to get the prescription locally after wasting a considerable amount of time and my dog being in great discomfort. I do not recommend and will no longer order from a company that only values money over customer service and animal wellness.

What makes Chewy hands down amazing is their 24 hour phone customer service. It seems like Chewy’s goal is to help make our pets as happy as could be and it really shows with their customer service

I am updating my rating! I’m so glad the update fixed the add to cart issue. I love using Chewy! Ordering things is quick and easy. Everything arrives super quick. And their customer service when you have any issues are amazing. Everything always gets resolved quick.

Thank you Chewy for everything! It is so easy to use and has great choices of items! My cat buys all of the goodies from here and I bought my dog I lost everything from here thank you Chewy. You even gave support when she past. You guys are great!

I love this app! It has just the things I need for my hamsters. I like how you can search by different animals like rodents. I just don’t know why a few products were 40 dollars. I want some of the prices changed.
