I am always using Apple Pay , Apple Pay makes everything so much easier . PLEASE ADD APPLE PAY!!!

I created an account with chewy wanting to do auto-ship. The discount for first time auto ship was supposed to be 30% off. My original total came to 227.00$ ordering 4 bags at a time. 30% off of this amount should have been a difference of 68.00$ however chewy only made my discount for 20.00$ off. Watch your discounts, do the math. What a total rip-off. I will never use them.

I liked chewy before but this last order made me like them even more. Last month my autoship brought me items for my cat and it was more than I needed so I have plenty of supplies for him. And I thought I cancelled the autoship but I didn’t and the items were shipped. I contacted someone about the mix up and not only did they give me a refund, they’re letting me keep the items too. Will definitely continue to use this service

There’s nothing bad i have to say about chewy AT ALL. Their shipping is super fast, I ordered so many things on Thursday morning and I got them all Friday afternoon, insanely fast! And not only that but I made a mistake and ordered a food bowl that was too small for my dog and they gave me a refund, helped me find a bowl that fit my dog needs! Shout out to Customer Service Associate Maria From Texas! She was literally the best. I will be buying everything from chewy from now on. Incredible service.

Chewy is seriously the best company ever. The prices are the same at stores, the shipping is fast, and their customer article is unparalleled. They sent me flowers when my dog passed away last year! My boyfriend didn’t even do that. There is zero reason not to shop here.

App often doesn’t work

I’ve been using chewy for awhile. Started on the computer and moved to the mobile app, but since I’ve had the app I cannot order in the morning because the app doesn’t open. It never has. I always have to wait till about 2 in the afternoon before the app decides to load passed the chewy Home Screen. I’ll continue to use chewy, but I give 1 star for the app never working properly.

Apparently you cannot use a credit card that has a different billing address as delivery address. There is no place on the app to enter the credit card billing address. I was emailed that my order was on hold until I called Chewy. I called them, was assured the order was processed. Then about 2 hours later I got an email stating that my order was canceled. I called and was told that I needed to use a credit card with the “correct” address. I advised the Chewy representative that I gave her the correct address, she just refused to take it. The representative stated that I would need to cancel my order and reorder with another credit card that has the same billing address as my delivery address. This was such a hassle. I canceled my order and ordered through someone else. I’m very disappointed.

I’m so glad to have come across Chewy, shipping is very fast and simple! They have auto shipping which is a life saver I sometimes don’t have time to order and might even forget but luckily auto shipping does it for me! It’s at my door within 2 days and packaging is always fantastic. I have a ferrets, dogs, fish and cats so ordering for them is very simple 100% would recommend this app!
