This company has been amazing - I’ve used Chewy for about 18 months now. Customer service is top notch - they read reviews and respond with lightning speed. I got a surprise package on Valentines Day (2018) out of the blue with a lovely handwritten card and three individual portraits of my puppies born on 20 Oct 2017 - I’d included their picture when providing a positive review on a puppy toy being border collie proof. I gave one portrait to one of the new owners who lives locally and will be shipping the other to the pup’s owner in Tennessee- how thoughtful.

The products are amazing quality, there’s so much more variety than in any pet store, and the customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced! Prompt responses, multiple ways to contact and respectful and helpful employees. LOVE chewy!

By far the best way to get products for pets and they really stand behind their satisfaction guarantee. We ordered a cage which ended up breaking and they fully refunded the money. The representative was also very nice and it took no waiting time to talk to someone when I called. Best and most convenient way to order anything. Must have for a pet owner.

I put in an order late last night and it was delivered less than 12 hours later. Seriously the fast delivery I’ve ever encountered. I’m truly amazed. When I opened up my box the bag of food I got had a puncher from another box inside. I called customer service and the gentleman offered to send a whole new bag to us. I’m really blow away by this company. You folks have earned a customer for life.

I have nothing but good things to say about Chewy! I started using them because my elderly cat needs prescription food. It’s Super easy to order and they are super quick with shipping even though I need vet authorization every time for my cat food since it is prescription. I’ve had a few boxes that had spilled contents or litter in them and Chewy has sent replacement items every time with no question. I’ve never paid for shipping and with having it show up to my home I don’t have to haul around heavy items at the grocery store either. SUPER convenient! Their customer service is exceptional in a day where customer service barely exists. I will continue to use Chewy and recommend them to people constantly. Love their company!!!
