I love this app and I love chewy!! The only thing I would change is being able to save products for later or mark them as favorites, so when you can’t order something right away you have it saved for when you can!

I know they will always have the brands and products I'm looking for; not to mention the information to help make my online shopping experience better. I have had great customer service with the company. I’m ecstatic that when I move to a itty bitty town in central Wisconsin that I will be able to have the same quality dog products delivered without driving to a far off store. On the side of the app, my only complaint as of two days ago was that there were no favorite or list options! Now 2/6/18, there is a favorite option so all the goodies I want to spoil my pup with in the future can be stored in my account while I wait to add them to my next auto shipments! Thank you, Chewy! An industry leader with cutting edge customer satisfaction!

We love Chewy.com! Unable to open the app since the latest update. Anyone else having issues? UPDATE: Chewy emailed me within hours to help resolve the issue. They asked me what kind of phone I had and which version I was running. They also informed me that the most recent update had corrected this issue. I had downloaded the update but it didn't seem to help...until I rebooted my phone. Problem solved!! Additionally, you can't beat the prices, the quick delivery of products and the incomparable customer service! Our 6 dogs cannot thank them enough!

We started buying from Chewy just for the convenience of shipping to our house. But the website was so much more! They keep your records for easy purchasing next time. Also our dog food brand was making updates, when they did so, they completely changed the packaging which was confusing. But chewy made it easy by automatically updating our type of food we get! Thank goodness! Then we got the app...they are making me a fan for life!!! Hats off to Chewy!

I give chewy 100+ stars they are great to work with they stay on top of everything! Yes we have had two problems with shipping or package damage but chewy jumped right on it with sending us a refund and new bag of food I hope I will continue with chewy they are amazing 100* stars thank you chewy!

Was feeling very nervous about looking for discount meds on this site. But the fact that you all refunded the nice person, whom had just lost their furry family member. Makes me want to shop here. We lost our 16 year old cat. One year ago from November. Now I have 10 year old dog , whom is having pain in his tooth and gum. And short on cash. And have 7 year old cat which is getting getting over having worms and he is stressed out. So many changes in our house in a year. He won’t use the litter boxes. We’ve tried everything. Chewy . Com can you suggest products? Thank you!!!
