I made a purchase with Chewy and got all the things my new little puppy will need. It shipped and delivered fast, I didn’t have to go to a pet store and walk down every isle. I wish I had. Chewy has made two unauthorized purchases on my card. They tell me it’s temporary hold because my items shipped from different warehouses. This was not told to me beforehand and, if that’s the case, THERE WILL BE MORE CHARGES! They are forcing my to pay $650! This is absurd! These “temporary holds” are all coming at random times, none have been refunded, and none are being taken at times that match a delivery or a shipped package. Update: This has been solved, but I am going to leave this up so others can be aware of the authorization holds that Chewy does not disclose.

I’ve used Chewy for a few years and highly recommend to anyone. As we get older, the bags get heavier. After shoulder surgery, no struggling. Too busy, the order is already at your doorstep. High-risk for Covid, no need to leave home. Kids a handful in the store, they can help open the box at home. Customer service is so helpful and handled both of my issues with no hassle. (And that’s two issues in over three years). Shipping was not as speedy during the beginning of the pandemic which was totally understandable but has returned to the normal schedule. Thank you Chewy!

I can’t recommend Chewy enough. Anytime I’ve had a mix up or an issue with a product they’re quick to fix it and they’re friendly. I recently had a bad experience with an allergy test I purchased for my dog off of Chewy and they ended up refunding me for the test even though it ultimately wasn’t their fault, it was the company that produced the allergy test that sucked! But chewy saw my negative review of the product and refunded me! They definitely want 100% satisfaction of the products that they sell. 10/10 definitely recommend!

I’ve ordered many things from here and am always satisfied with what I get. I ordered a harness for my puppy and I found out it was too big, so I emailed to try and exchange it. I sent the email around 11:15pm and by 11:30 I had received a response. Not only did they immediately refund my order, they offered to make an order in the correct size I needed so I didn’t need to, and said since returns are case by case basis that I could donate my harness to a local animal shelter instead of returning it.

I first started using chewy because I'd seen raves about them from people in multiple online pet forums, the kind of praise that seemed to good to be true but was coming up too often to ignore. I was so happy to find that it was all true - fast shipping, fair prices, OUTSTANDING customer service. The one time I had an issue with a late/missing order they sent a replacement right away overnight, as well as giving us a credit. When I needed to return a (large) autoshipment I'd neglected to cancel after my cat passed away, they credited me the full amount and told me to donate it to a local shelter in his memory. I can't say enough good about chewy - the kind of service they provide is rare these days and stop refreshing. App matches the service level pretty much too! Intuitive, lets me stay logged in over days or even weeks, doesn't crash, easy to navigate.

Chewy has some of the best customer service I've experienced. On the rare occasion that I have an issue, they respond in under 24 hrs and the issue is resolved in under 48 hours. The app is easy to use. I highly recommend Chewy!

I have only been a Chewy customer since May 2020. We got our little rescue kitty and I needed to stock up. I looked at Petsmart and Petco but decided to give Chewy a shot. Best. Decision. Ever. I ordered a bunch of necessities for my kitten, including a cat tree. I was amazed when it arrived 2 days after it shipped (to rural Vermont!). I was a bit disappointed when I noticed a platform for the cat tree was missing. I called them and they said they’d send a new one (which arrived 2 days later), and I could keep the one I had or give it away. No charge for the new tree. I have always had great experiences buying from this app, and even when FedEx messed up my delivery (the box apparently broke and some stuff had fallen out, resulting in my getting only part of my order repacked in a FedEx box), Chewy replaced everything. Hands down, BEST TEAM! Thank you!! I have told everyone I know to use you guys!
