With the shelves in the grocery stores becoming empty, I’m thankful for Chewy! My cats only hunt to bring ME food, not because they’re hungry! Thank you, Chewy!

Best place hands down to buy all your pet supplies!!! If any problems arise which isn’t often Chewy is on top of it ASAP!!! They love your pets like you do.

I tried to order pills for my dog, I had a prescription but there’s no way for me to send them the prescription. So I had to have them contact the vet and the vet had to send the prescription. That’s fine but once they had the prescription I had to completely reorder the medication as though I had never ordered it.

Have been ordering my pet supplies from Chewy for a number of years and they are usually fast and it comes directly to my door. I have used the usual stores in the past but I keep coming back to Chewy.

The best customer service out there! My package was marked delivered, no where to be found. With just a quick call, they were able to get me a replacement. They even told me to donate the bag of food if my package arrived mysteriously tomorrow ! I am so glad I order from chewy!

I have been ordering dog food Pet Supplies medical supplies etc. from chewy for the past few years. They are the most wonderful company. Not only either employees kind caring and compassionate but the company is extremely generous. I ordered a large bag of dog food that my dogs used to eat we decided not to feed it to them anymore. It was unopened. Instead of sending The large bag back they asked me to donate it and that is what I did I dropped it off to our vet who is taking up collections for some of the local pet shelters here in Michigan. I can’t say enough about chewy they stand behind their product very kind thoughtful caring company… employees are very sweet….
