Very helpful with our first purchase of insulin for our dog. There was an issue but they called to speak to me and I was able to call the vet and get it straightened out. It was nice to know they new we needed the medicine and contacted us. All orders since that one have been a breeze. It comes within the time frame and is boxed to keep it cold even when it is sitting outside until I can get home.

I love Chewy! I can order any of the best, brand named products for any of my many pets and have the items delivered to my door within a day or two. Also, I set up auto deliver for my pets’ food and I don’t even have to remember to reorder it. It just comes at the frequency that I designate. If that’s not convenience, then I don’t know what is. It’s great!

I wish I could rate them higher. They have such a wide variety of supplies for a multitude of pets. Whenever there is an issue they are nothing less of helpful; whether it be a product you didn’t care for or a auto ship issue. Anytime I’ve had a problem it has been handled swiftly and kindly. 10/10 would recommend. Unfortunately, there are some brands that they don’t carry. Not only are the items they offer great but so are the people who work for them.

Super easy to use and place orders. One thing I wish Chewy could change on their app — be able to read reviews when clicking on customer photos, just like how you’re able to do when using their web site. Otherwise, great and easy to use!
